服務是好的，房間大，但床褥有下榻變形問題，早餐餐廳枱與枱之間太近，太狹窄，沒有度假的感覺。

Came here for a family trip for 6 nights with an open mind despite all the reviews. But soon I understand why those visitors felt that way... The five star hotel could have provided more, it felt as though the staff ate lack of training, service was not top notch. Breakfast time is unacceptable, service was super slow and one time we had to wait for an hour for a high chair and self service ourselves with water. The kids enjoy the kids club and the kiddie pool. But that's just kids being kids, to me the hotel lack of ambience, it doesn't feel luxurious. Beach should be combed, water was polluted and there are a lot of rubbish. We were lucky enough to be offered club lounge access after spoken to resort manager about our experience. Club lounge was great, food was great compared to the rest of the hotel, we appreciate their quick reaction and it did make us feel a lot better. But overall, we came looking forward to a luxurious tropical holiday, but left a bit disappointed.

Comfort, if hotel can provide airport pick up service will be good.

I would highly recommend to learn the service from JW Marriott PHU QUoc and Intercon Danang, we are a little disappointed for the services in general, the staffs may need to provide more training to meet customers expectations. Rather than that, the private beach is very impressive and can enjoy at there.

Clean and comfy room with stunning sea view. The staffs are really nice and helpful. But the hygiene of the restaurants should be improved.

Excellent staff! Every staff are helpful, polite with good smile. All staff can speak in fluent English. No communication problem at all. We called for the tissue and the house keeper sent us just within 5 minutes. Also, I want to give a great thankful to the nurse. We enjoyed the holiday here. Great location, near the airport. Clean room, good sea view. Nice swimming pool.

The ocean sea view room is very spacious and well maintained. Staff are very helpful and nice

The power was cut several times at the night time for both 2 days that I stayed. The hotel is still using plastic bottle water which is not environmental firendly. We have 10 people and tried to go to LAVA, but we were turned turned down by LAVA restaurnat although they still had some tables but the waiter insisted rooms only for VIPs even its available. Anyway, we know we are not VIPs. Drink in INK 360 is below expectation, of course, Sunset view is the only selling point. So most people leave right after sunset. The hotel doesn't equip beach slipper, big bag for activity and straw hat in the room since these are basic equipments for resort. Overall, it's somhow more like business hotel, still has room to improve as a resort.

我的房間號碼是4705，今天是第4天入住，今天的服務非常非常令人失望，首先是SEA SHACK（泰國餐廳），上菜慢，尤其是飲料到吃完餐以後催服務生才送上來，加上今天的麵包非常硬且沙拉也沒有（告知今天沒有，已經用完了），回到房間發現房間竟然還沒有清理完畢，從早上10點45分告知要過來清理，我們才下去吃午餐，吃完飯完發現沒有清理房間，第1次打電話請他們盡快派人清理，過了40分鐘，再次打電話，仍舊沒有人清理，直到2點40分，再度電話告知酒店服務中心，不用再派人清理（我們等太久了，不想等也不需要服務了），只要送沐浴乳（Bath gel)上來即可！我不知道洲際酒店（intercontinental )的服務怎麼這麼差了？還是我們運氣不好，碰到不對的人呢？

Very nice hotel, staffs are nice, service is good, food is good. Facilities especially good for kids.

Hotel is nice

部屋が広く快適で使いやすい。スタッフの対応もグッド！ゲストは中国系と韓国。日本、欧米は少数派。 近隣の宿泊施設に小さいナイトマーケットがあり夕食に使ったが人が少なくて寂しい感じ。ミニコンビニもあり。 往々にして快適に過ごしました。

We loved the location, the serene beach, maintained perfectly. The property is beautiful, various options like pools, bicycles and games for adults and kids. We specially appreciate the warm and smiling staff. The staff was always available to understand our requirements and provide solutions. Special thanks to Mr Tre.

The place was clean and luxurious. The room was in great condition, and the staff were friendly and professional. I really liked the food at the restaurant, the pool, and the lounge for departing guests. The only downside was that it felt a bit crowded, so when I made requests at the lobby, the response was a little slow, which was a bit inconvenient.
