Very nice hotel: great service and great environment! Staff are super helpful and friendly, and the room is very clean! Only that its location is bit far from the town (ie old quarter, or other attractions), it takes around 25 minutes traveling time and costs around 100K VND per trip by taxi.

As an Expedia +Gold member, I got a free upgrade and late checkout. And the hotel did treat us as VIP. Once we tried to check in at the front desk, the receptionist brought us to the Executive Lounge to check in there then brought us to the spacious Executive Lakeview Suite. The Suite is very spacious with a separate living room and bedroom facing the lake. It is one of the biggest suites we have ever stayed in a city hotel. Big walk-in closet, guest toilet, 3 TVs one is living room, one in bedroom and one in the bathroom facing the oversize bathtub, Illy coffee machines, Aromatherapy Associates amenities, rain shower plus 3 levels shower jet on the wall, DreamMaster mattress and Executive lounge access with complimentary breakfast, midday snack, afternoon tea, hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. Nothing is missing for a wonderful 5-star experience. The swimming pool is a highlight of JW Marriott Hanoi. It's located on the top floor of the building sticking out from the main building overlooking the whole skylight of Hanoi. The building itself is a masterpiece which looks like a space station. What’s make a 5-star hotel outstanding from other hotels is not only the property itself but more importantly are the service. Staff in JW Marriott Hanoi outstanding. Every single staff is super friendly and helpful. Once again, special thanks to Minh, Tu and their team who took care of us so well.

nice environment ， all staffs are so nice , the rooms have nice views , great experience
