ALL STAFFS are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Hotel location is very convenient for sightseeing and food. Hồ Hoàn Kiếm is in walking distance.
When I arrived hotel and stepped into the lobby, Jenny stood up right away with big smile. She introduced the hotel facilities, the surroundings, and brought me to the room herself. She even folded a heart for my friends' birthday and mine.
Special thanks to her and another male manager tried in ways to help me settle down the cancellation of my friends' rooms for urgent reasons.

距離還劍湖走路3-5分鐘、地點安全方便、員工熱情主動協助、物超所值的三星住宿選擇！
1、在河內只停留一晚、晚上10點到、搭隔天下午6點飛機離開，因此飯店地點交通方便環境安全、價格合理、隔天方便快速逛逛河內市區是我們的考量。很開心訂了這間飯店、完全物超所值符合要求，推薦。
2、晚上十點半才到飯店，剛好遇上越南足球冠軍、全城狂歡慶祝、櫃檯人員立刻主動告知狂歡原因、並提醒夜晚狂歡車輛不會停紅綠燈、如需外出要特別注意交通安全。
3、隔天上午外出時，主動提供我們延長到下午四點退房，直接去機場。不用玩到一半、要趕回來收行李寄櫃檯、方便很多、很感謝。
4、原本打算叫Grab或直接跳表計程車去機場、發現飯店為避免客人有被敲竹槓風險，提供很合理價格的接或送機，後來有預約送機，一切都很順暢：）

When I arrived hotel and stepped into the lobby, Jenny stood up right away with big smile. She introduced the hotel facilities, the surroundings, and brought me to the room herself. She even folded a heart for my friends' birthday and mine.
Special thanks to her and another male manager tried in ways to help me settle down the cancellation of my friends' rooms for urgent reasons.

Great hotel staff and services,one of the best I have ever encountered. Staffs are friendly and procided many good recoomendation on returants and sites and taxi companies. They greeted us by first name very morning and provide great recommendation and service every monrning during breakfast. Modern,comfortable and clean room. Love it.

非常棒的酒店。離還劍湖很近，逛老城區也很方便。酒店的早餐種類多，可以自選也可以點餐，坐在餐廳裡還可以遠眺河內的風景。酒店的服務非常好，客房整潔乾淨。唯一的遺憾是淋浴的出水量比較小，洗頭發的時候要沖洗很長時間才能洗乾淨。因為酒店在老城區，所最好先準備好酒店的地址或打印出地圖給司機看，否則司機有可能找不到。

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel-it was the first one we stayed at our our vacation traveling around Vietnam. This hotel is located in the old quarter-a convenient location. We really enjoyed the breakfast-the staff were very friendly & they had the best yogurt & coffee! We would consider this hotel in the future! Thank you!

The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We arrived very early and they let us know as soon as our room was ready for check in. They also gave us a map and pointed out all the sights and even gave us cafe and restaurant recommendations. The sky bar was a highlight and they took very good care of us. Some of the best customer service we have ever experienced and perfect central location with everywhere a short walk away. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!
