La Paix Hue

我和朋友在这里住了一天。我们匆忙预订，所以到达后，我们很庆幸酒店就在市中心。早餐很美味，酒店客服人员也很友好。缺点：小巷不适合汽车通行，酒店没有电梯，空调老旧且动力不足，有蚊子，房间里的水是瓶装的，而不是瓶装的，所以我们被迫使用收费的水，而且不敢用，尤其是我们带着孩子的时候，卫生间很臭，房间很小。更让人失望的是，中午12点我们退房，上午10:30-11:30酒店打电话来问能不能多租一个小时或者多租一辆车——12:05他们就打电话到房间催促我们，尽管我说“我需要20分钟检查一下个人物品，给宝宝换衣服”——但前台却站在那里滔滔不绝地说个不停，还要求额外支付20分钟的费用🥹。员工服务态度很差，我们在顺化的最后两个小时一直被打扰，真是糟糕的体验。

房间靠近河边，所以有很多蚊子，早餐菜单只有几道菜，待的时间足够长，会感到无聊，工作人员很友好，

This is my first time logging in just to make a review of the place that I stayed. I known this place through a well-known TikToker named Duy Truong and decided to follow him by reserving a room at this hotel for one night to enjoy the"river-view"room. Everything was fine, except for a few issues: First, the establishment claims to be a hotel but operates more like a homestay. One thing that annoyed me was the requirement to remove my shoes at the front door instead of being able to go directly to my room, similar to other hotels. I'm not sure if this is common in Hue, but the previous hotel I stayed at did not have this rule. If such rules exist, they should be clearly publicized on the websites. Secondly, I reserved a room with a"river view", but despite the window facing the river, I could not actually see the river from my room. In fact, the view was blocked by the restaurant 's roof and some large trees. So, I don't think this could be called a river-view room at all. Lastly, while the homestay was pleasant and accommodating, I encountered an odd situation. After checking out, I could left my luggage there even after the check out. I had some outdoor activities and ended up being wet. Therefore, I asked if I could use the bathroom. I mean I am willing to pay extra for the bathroom if needed, but I was pushed into the toilet and had shower with the bidet sprayer. I don't know if I should be offended or thanking for this.

The service was great, the food was nice and great location but the room a little old.

空间很通风也很安静，尤其是工作人员很热情有礼貌，值得下次再来

如果有超过 5 星的评分就更好了。从舒适的床，到虽小但非常干净的房间，再到美味的食物，都丝毫不逊色于餐厅。应用程序上注明房间装饰得很仔细、细致。蛋糕也很好吃。非常感谢家里。一定会回来的

酒店很有诗意，就在香水河边，在巷子里，很安静！房间虽然有点小，但是很干净，饭菜很好吃，工作人员和保安都很热情！

Máy lạnh hoạt động yếu nhưng quản lý đưa ra hướng giải quyết quá tệ, phải tranh cãi mới được sửa chữa vì máy lạnh cần được vệ sinh, bảo khách thông cảm ngủ 1 đêm với quạt? Mình không trả tiền cho dịch vụ như vậy. Nhiều côn trùng trong phòng, bồn cầu xả nước không nổi. 2 sao cho chú bảo vệ và anh lễ tân night shift thân thiện.

Không gian yên tĩnh, nhân viên chu đáo nhiệt tình, đồ ăn sáng nhiều món, vừa miệng. Tuy nhiên, phòng ở tầng trệt cách âm chưa tốt cần cải thiện.

I missed La Paix once last year due to some family incidents that made me cancelled the trip. I didn't expect a refund as it was close to the date and refundable time expired on app, thus super surprised when La Paix proactively called and asked the app to refund for me. That was the biggest reason that I wanted to visit La Paix this time. Everything is perfect from the welcome drink to the goodbye moment. The place is so nice with a lazily chill riverside, great great great food, and the hospitality level is nowhere to be found in such a cozy small villa. We will definitely come back and thanks for a great time. There's one thing I hope the place can do better is to recognize who are the guests in which room or at least check. Our sleep was disrupted a bit by an elder guest who couldn't memorize her room-which was opposite to mine, she asked a night receptionist to open my door for her by their spare key. She got out right after she saw us anyways, but the place is not too big, hope the staff can check in advance or do a better handover.
