Everything was good, very clean, the staff are very nice. We got some problems with our room and they were very fast on solving it, nice job. I also accidentally got really sick and had to stay in my room all day and they offer free soup to the room after they found out I was sick from my boyfriend, very lovely people. Their food was very delicious, glad I got to taste it before getting sick loll. Also at first I went to the wrong location, they have 2 locations, same name but the newer one is Central which is this one. The staff helped us get to the hotel which was only 2 mins away of walking. Definitely will come back. ❤️

It’s 8 months old so it’s very clean and the staff are very helpful. I just didn’t like going up and down the steps everyday to get in/out of the hotel.

호텔에 처음 들어설 때는 1층에 차량이 들어가는 에스코트 공간이 없어서 놀랬는데, 직원들이 손수 짐을 올려주고 너무 너무 친절했습니다. 모든 직원들이 의사소통도 잘 되고 진심으로 친절해서 단점이 거의 없을 정도였습니다. 아이가 있어 트리플룸을 잡았는데 싱글 2개가 붙어있는 침대 자체가 워낙 커서 아이가 초등학생이면 세 명이 잘 수 있는 공간입니다. 방은 화려하지는 않지만 에어컨도 잘 되고 수압도 좋고 침대도 편해서 충분히 만족했습니다. 뷰는 없지만 주위에 가게들이 많은 위치라서 도보여행도 좋을 듯 합니다. 수영장과 gym이 크지는 않지만 충분했으며, 조식도 서비스가 좋고 맛이 훌륭했습니다. 외부소음은 들어오지 않았으나, 윗방 및 옆방의 소음은 좋지 않았습니다. 그리고 저녁을 호텔 식당에서 먹었는데, 사진과는 많이 달라서 아쉬웠습니다. 직원들의 친절함은 호치민 출장에 대한 좋은 이미지까지 유지해줘서 다음에도 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.
