Great location that was near to night market and lantern boat ride. Many shops nearby and eating options. Booked a room with balcony but disappointed to get the first floor and hence was not much use. Breakfast spread was limited. Staff were friendly and very helpful, which was the highlight of the stay.

Conveniently located near the Old Town, within 5 mins walk. Ride from airport (arranged separately with hotel) was nice and the staff waited patiently for us due to flight delay. Helpful reception when we asked for location of money exchange store. Buffett breakfast good enough. Room comfortable and mostly clean (although some ants on the desk). Shower place fairly good (although water a bit easily flow outside). Cool enough air-con. Overall a great hotel, recommended for stay in Hoi An.

硬體還行，但服務不像四星旅店。曾致電櫃臺預約spa及餐廳，兩次櫃臺都忘記回電，還要我自己打去確認。櫃臺因防疫都戴口罩，早餐服務生和廚師反而沒戴？這不是本末倒置嗎？

-Bed was quite comfy, and I love the decorations inside bathroom!! Just a bit dirty of the room's floor and the drain pipe in shower was kinda stuck.
-The spa service from hotel was kinda sucks, not really worth to try.
-Swimming pool look quite nice, just I didn't have time to try
-Staffs were friendly and tried their best to communicate with us in english!
-Location is good, about 5 mins walk to the old town

酒店步行15至20分鐘到會安古鎮, 位置寧靜, 非常滿意.
訂6間房, 要求第一客服轉換其中一間房, 她用藉口不肯轉換. 稍後行完古鎮約7時, 再問另一客服, 她可幫我轉換. 如房間爆滿, 明白沒有房間可換. 但有空房間不幫忙轉換, 就不是待客之道哦!! 總之十分感謝第二客服她幫忙, 令我們12人於會安留下美好回憶.

Laluna Hotel is in great location, 5 min walking distance to the ancient HoiAn Town. Staffs are friendly and good service. I stay in the beautiful roof top suite, suite is spacious and comfortable.

Close to the old town (about 10mins walk), but with the heat in Vietnam, 10 mins feels like 30 nonetheless. Staff was friendly. Facility was new. Pool was nice. We stayed in the room that faces the river, I would suggest avoiding it if you have trouble sleeping through sound because there is a karaoke / bar right across the street that runs till late in the night. Manager suggests staying in the back row instead next time. Otherwise, a solid 3-star I would say

Hotel location is very close to sightseen place and night market. The most important thing that impressed me is their excellent service. Lobby Manager (forgot the name, a Mr.) truely put his passion into work, kindly to every guest.
