Liberty Central Saigon Centre Hotel

My fourth or fifth time staying at this property. Feels like they refurnished a little coz the room was brighter than what I remembered, and also not musky at all. Always love staying here coz of the proximity to Ben Thanh market, and that it is walkable to a lot of food options around.

Hotel in great central location to explore Saigon. Staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if considering visiting Saigon.

The bathtub is too high that is difficult for aged people to get in and out.

Booked the hotel for the location. Property shows age and needs updating. Would not recommend it unless some renovations are done soon

A nice place to stay in Ho Chi Minh - nice location near the market. Very friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast buffet & nice pool. Rooms are a bit small with not a lot of space to put or hang things but very clean

Staff was not professional. They did not greet Guests and communicate in a good manner. Please train your staff and receptionist. They are very rude.

Everything was close to the hotel.

room is too small. only one side has night stand. shower needs better cleaning and updated. staff is friendly and helpful.

Shower grout and silicon need to be free of black mildew.

I had booked 2 nights and wanted to extend it. They said yes, and quoted me a price. I could not pay it at reception, I had to pay in through a link. I sent 2 email and they never sent me the link. I went to the reception 3 times, and finally at the third time they told me they would do it, since they had not answered me. BUT, at a higher price! When I argued, the man at the front desk talked to the manager, and called me to my room and said they would honor the price they had told me. When the morning of the third night came, and I went to pay, they said no, it was almost double what they had quoted me. REALLY unpleasant, having to change hotels in the last minute, and them not honoring the price they had quoted me, and all the inconveniences of the emails and talks.

Good location near bars and restaurants and an easy wall to Ben Nghe Food Market, War Remnants Museum and Independence Palace. Good service and breakfast. Decent roof top pool anad small gym and good value for money.

We stayed in 7 hotels across Vietnam and this was the best one! Nothing we'd change, the check in was quick, room was large and clean, location spot on. Really good value for money.

The room prices have gone up a lot since my last time there a few months ago. This is my only complaint

Good hotel in a great location in City Centre Plenty of shops restaurants and bars within a few miles minutes walking distance. Nice rooftop bar and pool to relax in after a day out Staff were very friendly I would definitely recommend this hotel
