職員非常親切，因酒店房間唔多，職員都會記得你。仲會推介一下有咩活動行程俾你。但酒店SPA就普通啦，不過不失。

Lovely room, great location and friendly & efficient staff. I will choose this hotel again when I return to Hoi An.

位置好，行去古城只須5分鐘，員工有禮貌，早餐一般，午餐好食，入住河景有露台，房間清潔

房間乾淨，有傳統的內裝，陽台剛好可以坐著看新年煙火！早餐提供不錯的越南早餐，值得推薦！

The service is really good indeed, the receptionist guided us very detail when we arrived and the hotel facility is good. The massage is really nice and worthy to try! Will stay again when we go to Hoian next time!

The staff is very nice and help which we cannot experience in the chain hotel. The location is good, just 10mins walk to ancient city and night market.

The location & design is good but the aircon is very noisy. We tried to use the safe but the safe does not always working. Staff is quite friendly but the spa service is not worth to try.

+++ Wonderful Staff and nice ambience in the hotel! We had a half day trip on the morning to check out, and they were really kind and extend the check out time so we can have a nice shower after the tour before heading to the Danang airport. +++ The breakfast was nice, good selection of local/ western breakfast and the must-try south east asian fruits! And do not miss the coffee!! it is almost as good as the ones you buy in the old town coffee house and it's free!! ! :) ++ Room (we stayed the riverside suite) was cozy and got a good view of the river! The hotel is situated at "the other side" of the bridge to the night market so it is nice ++++ MUST try!!! the "shady" street-side pho next to the hotel. Very nice (although doesnt speak any English) lady serves the BEST vietnamese style pork pho in Hoi An. Seriously for the price and flavor, you wouldn't find any in the old town that can beat this! - can't comment on the spa on G/F since we did not try it out, but it priced wayyyyy higher than the ones in town (double or triple?) , lobby did offer a free 10 minutes foot massage to each guest which is nice. - Shower :( we think it's the plumbing system so the hotel cant do much about it. Apparently if your neighbor is having a shower, your own shower water would turn too hot or cold all the sudden, e.g. 10/11pm; it worked just fine during noon time before we checked out though

This character hotel gave me a very good impression. Nice and vintage design. My twin bed room was spacious. It’s so near the old town. Staff were helpful and smart. They could provide very useful local information to you and helped you solving problems, e.g. fixing mobile card, haha~ Thank you so much. They’re so sweet to offer us welcome drink and lots of fruit in my room. Only one thing I wish they can improve is I’d only tried their breakfast and there quite a lot of little insects fly or even on food. Still love this hotel and nice stay.

Very nice staff and good food in the restaurant. We used the hotel's car to My Son and Hue. The drivers are very nice and informative. Highly recommended.

房间条件还好，但是比起其他类似酒店贵很多，并且非常不好找。不小心摔坏了一个价值最多做多20块人民币的装沐浴液的瓶子，酒店要求我赔120块！没想到在这上面挣钱！理论一番以后说赔90块，不想再争，交钱走人。感觉很不好。以当地物价来看，400块能定到临河的房间还算可以接受。

地點位於較寧靜的地區, 距離景點不遠. 服務生熱情有禮, 能提供及時的幫助. 房間價錢合理. 住望河的房間可有不錯的景觀. 順帶一提在酒店門外有人租單車及機車的小商販, 價錢相宜.

酒店不错，委托定车票，收了服务费，可是定错了目的地没有任何表示，有点失望。位置离古城稍远，还可以接受。
