Perfect location, our transfer to and from Hanoi was seamless and the staff and room were lovely!

Such a wonderful homestay. The staff was so friendly, and the homestay is so cute. Located in a convenient area of Tam Coc, so the restaurants are close by. Would definitely recommend.

The place is quiet and amongst nature. Rooms are big and super comfy. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I'd recommend taking a bike or scooter from them and going to fields around at sunset or sunrise. Worth it

Lovely stay! Really close to all the restaurants in Tam Coc while giving us a feeling of being quite remote. Rented bikes and scooters from the hotel which made our trip super special. Ha also arranged the most delicious breakfast for the day we had to check out early. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole team were really friendly!

We had a great time at Little Tam Coc Homestay. "Ha" was a fantastic host and so friendly. She is always so happy and helpful with everything you need. Very convenient for booking her scooters, bikes, and transportation options. Thank you again for a wonderful stay in the Tam Coc area. We had so much fun there.

Loved our stay at Little TamCoc. Such a quaint home stay. Well decorated, clean. Breakfast options simple and delicious. The staff (Ha) and the owner (Xuân), were very helpful with transportation and advice. So quiet but yet close to many dining options snd stores. Would stay there again. Try the restaurant 2 doors down (Chezloan). Food a drinks there were delicious and atmosphere and staff were excellent.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Little Tam Coc Villa. The family running the property were so friendly and kind. The building was furnished in a charming style and had a lovely garden beside the river with a view of the mountains and it was an easy walk to many attractions. Thanks so much.

What a gem of a find. The room was very comfortable, with a lovely veranda. Bathroom was clean - water pressure strong and there is hot water. Away from the busy town area of Tam Coc but walking distance. The area around is peaceful. Staff were very helpful, kind and chatty. I would stay here again. There is a good local restaurant just right next door as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Little Tam Coc. Don’t judge this place by the room rate. We felt it was worth more than what we paid. We were treated like family. The rooms were spacious and the bedding was clean and warm. Check in was quick and easy. We were asked what we wanted to eat for breakfast, Vietnamese or Western breakfast. We chose Vietnamese and they were made and served fresh. They were delicious!! They offer bicycles and motorbikes to drive into and around town. The property is located 5 minutes walk from the touristy food and market scene. Far enough to get some peace if you need it but close enough to where all the action is. It is a family run business run by the SWEETEST people. I’ve read some critiques about the old-fashion locks on the doors of the rooms, but personally we felt that they added charm to the place. It may be challenging for some to accept but it reflects the culture and safety of the area. We were a family of 5 and had been to Tam Coc a few years previous. We did not stay here but wished we did. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area of Ninh Binh. We will definitely return to Little Tam Coc when we have a chance.

Beautiful villa in Tam Coc. We enjoyed our 3 days stay. The host Ha and her team are super friendly and helpful, and did everything they could to make us feel welcomed and comfortable during our stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Really lovely spot, situated just 5 mins walk from the centre of town. Lovely host who took care of all our needs, and the room itself was really nice and well fitted. Would recommend

Very comfortable hotel with charming rooms and grounds. Breakfast(extra for us) was delicious we ordered from the hotel the entire stay Hotel is just around the bend from the busier Tam Coc restaurant/hotel zone, which gave us quieter evenings The hotel manager is amazing very energetic friendly and can’t do enough for you I highly recommend this hotel

This is a beautiful property backed against the mountain. Our room was very spacious with a beautiful terrace looking at the mountain. The stone and wood accents in the room gave a natural feel. It was roomy and had a delightful balcony for my morning coffee. The shower was fantastic and much appreciated after full days in the heat. Our host was very helpful when our limo arrived and left without us.

An excellent choice for beautiful mountain views with balcony. It’s only a five minute or less walk to downtown which gives the the peace and tranquility that you want in Tam Coc, while still having high quality restaurants and services nearby. The staff are so kind and helpful from the daytime to nighttime staff. We will recommend to friends and family traveling to this area. Thank you again for the great experience…. One of our highlights of our one month Vietnam trip from California.

This is an absolute 10/10 property!! It is NOT a luxury stay but it is so comfortable and clean and the staff are INCREDIBLE. The manager provided the most friendly, genuine service we have ever experienced. Nothing was too much trouble she had our washing back within 2 hours, arranged tours and transport and made us breakfast every morning. She also doted on our baby and held him so I was able to enjoy my breakfast. We found the Chez Loan restaurant on our last day and wowee the food was sensational and beautiful decor. I highly recommend so you don’t have to walk into town.
