Khách sạn sạch sẽ, thuận tiện đi lại, mỗi tội phòng mình không có cửa sổ nên lúc mở cửa vào hơi bí, bật điều hoà một lúc thì ok. Có bạn lễ tân tên Bình khá nhiệt tình, thân thiện, hỗ trợ gia đình mình rất ok. Nếu có dịp trở lại Sapa nhất định mình sẽ quay lại đây và sẽ book phòng có cửa sổ 🙂.

Sarapan sesuai pesanan, rasa makanan lumayan namun karena kurang komunikasi terkait kendala bahasa jadi sempat diberikan makanan nonhalal.

The room looked exactly like on the website. Staffs were nice and friendly. All requests were satisfied immediately. Perfect location made our trip wonderful. Will definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

Nhân viên phục vụ không ok. còn nói khách ăn mỳ tôm mà trong phòng chả có gói mỳ nào. dọn phòng lấy khăn mặt của khách. điện thoại hỏi thì lơ là.
