Lumiere Riverside豪华公寓

I just visited Lumier Riverside Luxury Apartment and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.

I paid an extra $500 compared to other properties so my kids can use the pool that they show in the booking pictures. However, when we got there, it is a completely different building and there is no infinity pool like the pictures. However, there is a pool on the ground. It’s not worth that much of money. When I asked the host about it, she did not even respond.

This was scam! There weren't free room and they asked us to go another adress. We booked another hotel and we got out money back from hotels.com

This apartment is beautiful, with beautiful views of the river and a lovely outlook from the pool area (note; the rooftop pool is a walk to neighbouring building complex to access). This is not a hotel and is hosted by an agent (similar to an ABNB), unfortunately it felt a little unorganised and there was a lack of communication, ie. the check in was via a key card in the letter box (the box was locked and security had to break in), the cleaners were still In the apartment upon arrival and we had to wait outside until complete and there was no hot water the first night (a switch turned this on, though was never communicated). Overall the apartment is lovely with all the amenities you could ask for, if the agent is to fix these minor issues with communication it would certainly be a 5 star stay!!
