This is my second time of staying in this hotel. It’s a very nice hotel and highly recommended. Location is great with restaurants and supermarket nearby but you’ll not find it noisy. Hotel design is cozy and room is very clean and comfy. Staff is friendly for all positions from receptions, breakfast and bell boys.

The hotel room facility is good. Room dining dishes are delicious just that the choice is rather limited.

A very nice stay in general. 1. Hotel is well design with classy vibes; 2. Room is spacious and well maintained; 3. Beddings quality is good; 4. Buffet breakfast with great varieties and especially with friendly staffs; Only two minor suggestions: 1. There’s”no” hot water at the shower but available at bathtub. I didn’t request to check during my stay as not want to change room but better to fix it if there’s issue. Room 812; 2. Room is well designed and spacious, however, it’ll be even better if a small sofa can be placed in. There’s only one chair but something want to have some chatting and drinks which personally not preferred on the bed. Will stay again for my next trip in HCM.

I thought it's a special experience to stay Mai House, there's some mistakes as below: 1st , this was I stayed in 5 star hotel w/o welcome drink. 2nd , the room card didn’t work that day, when the waiter tried to touch the lift sensor, and found it’s not working but didn’t reset immediately, and then reached my room 1007, it’s also not working to open, the waiter asked me to stay room outside to wait him went reception to reset the key. 3rd , the bathroom only shampoo gel, no more shower gel. 4th , no more shave razor. Actually, Mai House Saigon is a nice hotel, I love it, but if no more mistakes, it would be perfect. 

一入住就感受到服務人員的熱情接待， 會幫你把行李送到房間，進房後還會帶著你room tour一遍 非常熱情可愛XD 裝潢很漂亮充滿歐洲古典風，設施完善嶄新，下次去胡志明的話一定還會選擇這間飯店!!!

The Mai House is very pretty. With the huge chandelier hanging overhead and the grand staircase leading down the hallway, it feels like a mansion. The service was top‑notch, and everyone was willing to help with the luggage. We tried the top lounge, which was gorgeous, but the food was meh. They tried hard with the burger, but the bread was dry, and we felt it was too sweet compared to what we’ve had before. Overall, I would come back to stay and eat out instead.

EXCEPTIONAL SOLO STAY – FIVE-STAR LUXURY AND FAULTLESS SERVICE My solo stay at Mai House Saigon Hotel was flawless. The hotel is gorgeous, featuring stunning design and a welcoming ambience that made me feel right at home. THE ROOM: My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained by a wonderful housekeeper. After long days walking to beautiful city sights, my favourite ritual was relaxing in the gorgeous clawfoot tub. AMENITIES: I fully utilized the hotel’s incredible amenities. The 3-hour spa treatment was pure bliss, and the pool area is a tranquil oasis where I enjoyed several visits and a great afternoon nap. Room service was quick and delicious, the on-site restaurants and elegant lobby Afternoon Tea were fantastic, and having laundry done twice was seamless and efficient. UNMATCHED HOSPITALITY: The doormen and reception staff were warm and attentive every time I walked through the doors. I want to give a special acknowledgment to Diep at the concierge desk, who went completely above and beyond to secure a last-minute ticket for me to the Saigon Opera House and arrange a taxi. That level of dedicated service made my trip truly unforgettable. If you are visiting Ho Chi Minh City, look no further than Mai House Saigon. I cannot wait to return!

Eines der besten Hotels in Ho Chi Minh City. Da stimmt alles von der Lage bis zur Sauberkeit bis hin zu den kulinarischen Angeboten. Ich würde dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen.

Beautiful Hotel, Great Location however Club Floor is not your usual Club Floor experience if you are travelling on Business. No Snacks they do serve Canapes on arrival but there was nothing offered on subsequent days. Breakfast choice on 2nd Floor was great however the Staff are poorly trained/duplicating tasks/not performing/ordering drinks was chaotic and very hit and miss over 5 days. shame as the decor of the hotel was beautiful - just let down by the inexperience/lack of training for some of the staff who were customer facing

May House Saigon Hotel has everything a 5-star hotel has to offer:warm greetings, luxury room setting,spqocious,super clean. The king bed was so comfy. Shower vanity room has modern style design, visually stunning. Very quiet surroundings. Easy to reach major city hot spots. Truly amazing place to stay. Will come back next time.

Our 4th time staying here and it is always excellent. Great location, great hotel. We will be back.
