芒果湾度假村

首先芒果湾的食物真的是做的美貌且美味，可是住宿环境实在是让我不能接受了，房间内有固定的几只壁虎，然后蚊虫蛾子死不完，半夜尿急也忍着不愿意上厕所，因为觉得厕所更可怕，洗澡也只能乘天亮洗，因为淋浴这边没有灯。我们住的两晚风很大，晚上都会下大雨，海浪声吵的根本无法入睡，只能塞上耳机。房间内赤脚进去，但风大很容易就把各种垃圾吹到房里，赤脚踩着就不舒服也觉得很脏。但是酒店的服务还是很不错的，有接驳巴士和价格合适的接送机服务，SPA也做的很棒，以至于我直接睡着了。如果再让我选择一定不在这住，但必须来吃东西和体验SPA。

직원도 너무 친절하고 객실도 좋고 편의시설도 좋앗어요 제일 최고였던건 리조트 내 분위기 감성 ㅠㅠ 진짜 미쳣어요 하필 썬셋시간에 체크인하느라 제대로 보지 못한게 아쉽고 1박밖에 못한게 너무 아쉬워요 다시 푸꾸옥을 간다면 재방문의사 100프로 입니다 직원분들이 너무너무너무 친절하고 믿음이가요 한여름밤에 꿈같은 하룻밤이었습니다 저희 도와주셨던 직원분들 다음에 또만났으면 좋겠어요 조식도 너무좋고 진짜 뷰가 황홀햇어요

This is a real gem of a resort, so much so we changed our flights and opted to stay an extra night! You are completely immersed in nature here and the accommodations blend seamlessly into the surrounds. We had 2 different accommodation types, the first 4 nights in one of the Superior Garden View Rammed Earth Bungalows and the last in one of the Superior Sea View Veranda Rooms. Both sets of accommodations were amazing - particularly the outdoor bathrooms - and had the same in room amenities, but the bungalow was more private with it's own veranda, outdoor table & chairs and sun loungers. The outdoor bathroom area was also much larger. We really appreciated the conservation efforts of providing glass bottles for drinking water which you could take to be refilled. Also provided were beach bags and beach towels to be used during your stay. The only big negative in both rooms is the lack of shelving to put anything on and you essentially have to live out of your suitcase. The service from ALL THE STAFF here was second to none!! The manager also made a point greeting all guests during their stay which was appreciated. The breakfast was out of this world - so many continental options and a good selection of cooked breakfasts both western and local - and was so filling it kept us going until dinner. You will not be disappointed staying here!

Bodde i en bungalow med havsutsikt… Trevlig & hjälpsam personal… god mat & mysigt äta vid havet… skönt med inkluderad transfer t&r flygplatsen…. Enda minus att inget gym…. Rekommenderas varmt ifall man ute efter en avkopplande & lugn semester…

We stayed here for just 2 nights during our 2 week Vietnam holiday. We were going to explore the island but ended up just staying at the resort as we loved it so much! It is in the jungle, so be prepared for all the wildlife that goes with that. Don't book if you're going to then moan that the eco friendly resort has too much ecology!! The service was impeccable from everyone, the free pick up and drop off bus was really welcome, and the food was fantastic (and the portions huge!) We also used the spa, which was beautiful and we had great massages. The beaches are beautiful and we enjoyed swimming. The free yoga in th morning was brilliant, very professional and as good as at any top studio I have practiced in before

not just the rooms.... the whole complex... from the guest area to the gardens... where they grow many of their own veggies. etc.. to water sports... beach chairs.. everywhere we were welcomes taken care of .. meals were excellent.. stayed put for several dinners. as well ... everyone from gals cleaning rooms too.. garden crews ... were so friendly and helpful..... we had a fun... visit from local monkeys.. in our outdoor bathroom... they are not always there ... we were blessed with their visit several days... and they even came the morning we were departing... sat and just kinda said see you.. again.. we had tears...and we will... return to Mango Bay... and exceptional resort.. and close to a lovely village...

三泊しました。夜中、雨漏りしてスーツケースが濡れた。マネージャーにメールで伝えたが、返答も対応もなかった。ホームページで無料のシュノーケルツアーがあるように誤解した。アクティビティは充実していなかった。部屋は隣の声や音が聞こえた。ホテルでバイクレンタルをしたが、途中で故障して大変困った。ホテルに連絡したが、ホテル外のサービスなので、とあまり対応してくれなかった。返金やディスカウントもなし。日本人としてはホテルでレンタルしたものは信用してしまうのだが、バイクのレンタルはホテル以外のきちんとしたショップで借りた方が良いと思った。朝食は美味しいが、バイキングの品数はとても少ない。セミオーダーなので問題はないが、朝食のワクワクはなかった。 スタッフは全体的には素晴らしい。環境も良い。コスパは良くないが、バックパッカー風の高級宿という感じを楽しむことは出来た。

Fantastisk bungalow med stor veranda och utomhus badrum. Vacker resort med väldigt hög service och trevliga medarbetare. Fin liten sandstrand med ljuvligt vatten. Kan varmt rekommenderas.

Far from the maddening crowd, food was 10/10 . Extremely comfortable

We did enjoy five days at this wonderful place. We had a rammed earth bungalow whit a lovely little terrace were I enjoyed my morningcoffee every morning. The have free yogaclasses every morning for the guests, and the SPA was superb! We highly recommend a dinner at the restaurant, the food and the service is amazing. If we return to the island, we will stay here for sure.

Tämä hotelli on todella omaa luokkaansa. Rauhallisuus, luonnonläheisyys ja kauneus pistää hiljaiseksi. Palvelu on erinomaista ja vieraat otetaan huomioon juuri oikealla tavalla. Koko alue on erittäin siisti ja sen sisältämät monet rannat antavat vieraiden valita oman paikkansa. Ravintoloissa on hyvä ruoka, vaikka hintataso onkin maahan nähden kallis. Hotellilta on kävelymatkan päässä pieni kylä, josta löytää pientä ostettavaa ja hyviä ravintoloita. Suosittelen hotellia täydestä sydämestäni ja ikävöin sinne takaisin.

Wunderbare ruhige Wohlfühloase in einer gepflegten grünen Anlagen mit traditionellen Bungalows und einem Privatstrand. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Anwendungen und Massagen im Wellnessbereich himmlisch. Umweltschutz wird groß geschrieben und die Mahlzeiten (Frühstück, Dinner) köstlich und abwechslungsreich.

Very nice resort but some of the toons are very far and needs walking
