I went to Ha long Bay with my two friends and booked for 2D1N package from app. Overall, we were having a great time. But in this review, I will try to give holistic experience from our trip with Margaret Cruises. 1. Rooms We booked 2 superior rooms. The room was so cozy and clean. It really suitable for honeymoon couples. They provide fresh fruits for welcome treats. Then, the bathroom has luxury interior and you can take a bath while admire the nature of ha long bay from the glass. But the price was quite high. But fortunately, we got best price from app. They provided so much promos there. I got only 3.2 millions for two peoples. And I think that was a great deal! The safety standard was also really good. Cleanliness: 5/5 Comfortable: 4.5/5 Price: 4/5 Safety: 5/5 2. Foods When we embarked at the ships, we welcome delightfully by lunch buffet there. They serve mix European, Vietnam, and another Asian cuisine.  At afternoon, they served us with fine dining class cuisine from European and Asian cuisine. The taste was really good. Especially their beef steak! It feels melting on my mouth. They also provide us with breakfast and brunch before we disembark from the cruises. In total, we've got 4 meals there. But honestly, I really expect they will provide more Vietnam cuisine for guest. Because we will more excited if we can try a lot of authentic cuisine from Vietnam rather than European or Asian cuisine. For Vietnamese cuisine, they provide spring roll and pho with various toppings to choose from. Taste: 4/5 Variety: 3/5 3. Cabin crew They're all really really nice from the beginning to the end. They provide clear direction from the beginning and asking carefully the needs from the guest. They also introduce themselves to us and shows many hospitalities. At the sightseeing sessions, they also really helpful and guided us with so much informations. They're all really nice and no further complains about the cabin crew. We felt that they treat us as their friends. Especially for cabin crew with the name Trish, she's really kind. And help me to keep my heavy bag with her during kayaking sessions. I really recommend her to be your guide when you choose to stroll using this cruise. Friendliness: 5/5 Hospitality: 5/5 Helpful: 5/5 4. Itineraries Honestly, the itineraries was really packed! :( And for the tip tops island, I am quite disappointed because it was too crowded. And the time was really short for some activities and I expect more! Timeline: 3/5 Completeness: 4/5 Overall Experience: 4.5/5 We hope that we could spend more time with margaret cruises! I will introduce this cruises to my relatives that has plan to go to ha long bay!

Nice cruise experience, it's fairly new in Mar 19, and the staff also polite and helpful.
