这是我第n次来这里了。每次我去顺化我都会住在这里，这里的食物很美味，房间很漂亮，服务也很棒。我的父母很严厉，但也经常受到赞扬。问题得到了非常专业的处理。员工很好，经理很好，距离餐厅和旅游景点非常近。我每年都会去顺化几次，并且总是住在这里。我在这里拍摄了很多视频但无法上传。酒店太美了，到处都是美景❤️❤️下次见

Large rooms. Great breakfast. Pool was adequate. Covered so nice and cooling but always quite busy.
Rooftop bar had great views but as in any flash hotel was expensive evenduringhappy hour.
Gives 3 keycards. One for each of us and one to keep the AC on while we were out. Fantastic

We've stayed here three times, the first time in 2019 and twice in 2025 (with a gap of one day in between). Each time it was a wonderful experience. For example, on the day of our first check-out this time, my wife had a cramp on her leg that she could not walk or even move. The hotel staff sent a wheelchair, and another staff member to help with the luggage, all came within a short time. On the day of our second check-in, they sent two staff to bring some fresh fruits, and a warm, hand-written note. This is personal, I would say, and took their service to a different level. Overall, it was an absolutely wonderful experience.
