良かった点 ホテルの庭がとてもよく手入れされていて花が美しかったこと。 チェックイン、チェックアウトの手続きがスムーズだったこと。 プールが広く、水もきれいだったこと。 ファミリー向けに２段ベッドの部屋がちゃんとあったこと。 日本語の案内書も用意してくれていたこと。 朝食が豊富でチーズがおいしかったこと。 イマイチな点 水回りが水浸しになりやすいところ。 冷蔵庫がちっとも冷えないところ。 地元の方が多く、夜や朝食のときときおり騒がしいところ。 キャンセル無料期間を設定するとかなり料金が上がってしまうこと。 ルームキーがひとつしかないところ。

Excellent Customer Service. Very friendly Staff

Absolutely beautiful property. Staff is phenomenal. Binh Nguyen, the front office manager ensured that I was happy and comfortable. Providing help in arranging private local tour of the city and all the spots. It is a great place to be.

gorgeous property and amazing staff

Beautiful property that is quaint and sophisticated but also comfortable and relaxing. Not your typical 1 building tower. Multiple villas with beautiful gardens and landscape where you feel like you’re in France.

Lovely hotel with beautiful landscape where guests use the backdrops for photo shoots. Friendly staffs always ready to help.

Upstairs room is needed elevator. Breakfast buffet covers various types: Vietnamese, American etc. I love it

This is a beautiful property to stay at in Dalat, with excellent services and delicious food. I highly recommend it!

There are BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICE, my check in so bad Mrs Le the one check in for me also charge me extra 50$ for what I had paid for my room and she didn’t care what I explained, they just want you to pay more try to upgrade with more money, This unprofessional Accor standard. Absolutely never come back to this hotel again.

Habitación agradable, aunque sin smartTV... Y una mancha en el baño… Evidentemente este hotel no vale 130 euros la noche, NO HAN ESTADO A LA ALTURA. De los hoteles más caros en Vietnam y el peor servicio… NO LO RECOMIENDO. Le pongo 1 estrella porque para la calidad del hotel la atención no es la correcta. Las habitaciones están en villas apartadas, como una urbanización pero en diferentes manzanas (tienes que cruzar calles), no en un mismo edificio. Con lo cual para ir al desayuno tienes que ir andando un rato. Te ofrecen un coche que te lleva hasta ahí, pero la realidad es que es bastante caótico. En nuestro caso teníamos un vuelo y estaba lloviendo. Para ir a hacer el check out tienes que ir al edificio principal. No venía el coche que habíamos pedido (nos habían dicho 3 minutos y tardaron más de 20). Mi marido tuvo que bajar las maletas por las escaleras ya que no hay ascensor y NO venía nadie. Se tuvo que ir lloviendo con las maletas rápido a hacer el check out… y yo esperando el coche a que viniera a por mí y las otras maletas… Todos mojados y nerviosos porque no llegábamos al aeropuerto… En fin, creo que habrá muchas mejores opciones y de mejor relación calidad precio.

We stayed for 3 nights at Mecure Dalat Resort. The facility is in excellent condition, so conveniently located to get to city attractions. The staff is exceptional in service, and so pleasant (special mention to Ngà, Nam, and Hưng. The restaurant offers great breakfast buffet and full-service meals. We definitely recomend this hotel to travelers to Dalatw

직원들이 친절하고, 조식아주 좋았어요. 숙소가 유럽풍으로 아기자기하게 에쁘게 꾸며져있어 로맨틱하고 청결했어요. 다른 지역 가격 대비 매우 가성비도 좋은 숙소입니다. 다른 관광지나 명소와의 접근성도 아주 좋아요. 추천합니다

The facilities were poor for a property of this size and class. In addition, there was substantial building and construction work taking place throughout our stay and we were not notified or warned about this. To make matters worse, commercial filming, photoshoots, and other events were held multiple times which impacted on our enjoyment.
