Mercure Hanoi la Gare

雖然比起其他城市的美居飯店來說，規模比較小，但是以河內市中心這個地點來說，這已經算大的了，房間不大，浴室很小但是夠用，有雙層窗戶所以完全聽不到路上的車輛聲音。早餐有基本需要的食物變化不大但是可以吃飽。飯店靠近河內火車站，附近有許多小館，星巴克咖啡館也在附近。價格合理居住舒適，接待人員都很親切，下次來河內還會再來住。

Everything is fine. Front desk is helpful and competent. The ambience there is relaxing and the overall services are good enough for a nice and enjoyable stay.

The staffs are nice, helpful and responsive by serving us proactively when we asked for twin beds and a bag of ice for my friend’s injured leg during our stay. Except the air-conditioner is not cool enough and it is not working at the middle of the night sometimes, i am quite satisfied for the stay.

Nice and clean room

房間不大但乾淨舒適。早餐東西不多，但味道很好。服務人員都很親切。離觀光區還劍湖有段距離但不算太遠，附近有很多咖啡廳和冰淇淋店。

整體給高評價，私心希望收費可以再平價一些

房間整潔，床很舒服，員工態度友善，廁所略細。早餐的河粉很好吃。

Quite far from the center of the city but nice hotel

very satisfy with service, especially the arrangement of early check-in, friendly staff and room is clean

The hotel is clean quiet and in a great spot for walking around the old quarter and train street.

Room is a bit small but friendly staffs and not the downtown area.

色々なところに徒歩やgrabで行けて便利。ビジネスホテル感覚で利用すれば不満はない。1日2本の水、スリッパ、シャンプーコンディショナー、ボディーソープ、歯ブラシ、ドライヤーも全て揃っていた。ちゃんと清掃もしてくれる。チェックインが深夜でスタッフが1人しかいなくて待たされたのとフロント薄暗く印象が良くなかった。洗面周りなどは少し汚れが残っていたが許容範囲。

Location of the hotel is convenient for my work around the area however the room itself is not the most desirable. The pillows provided was flat so I took the extra pillows from the cupboard and I couldn’t sleep the whole night. My neck and my upper back was itching so bad that I threw the 2 pillows from the cupboard onto the floor. Then I wrapped the soft pillow with towel before I could sleep. I suspect it was dust mites from the 2 pillows in the cupboard. For a Mercure, I find this unacceptable

this is an excellent hotel at a very reasonable price "next door" to the old quarter of Hanoi.

シャワーとの切り替えが壊れていたので、使いにくかったのが残念でした

Clean and in a good location, close to many eateries. Bathroom lacked amenities.
