It is highly recommended hotel. The staffs are very friendly & helpful. Reception’s Mike has recommended the tourist scenic points in details to us, and let us know the good restaurants locations too. Mike is very helpful. Thank you so much. The location is very good. We can easily access to those tourist & shopping area. The room is clean and tidy. Toilet has good shampoo and towels too. Quiet room and spacious.

Good location! Excellent staff especially Mai of frontdesk, Emma of the restaurant (May Tre Dan) and Hanh, the bellman. Definitely, we will stay at this hotel when we visit Hanoi next time. There are many shops around and only 12 mins walk to Ta Hien Bar Street from the hotel.

下午5點半入住，前合說房間沒有弄好清潔要等半小時，ok, 7點回去有房間了，但是有怪味，床舖和廁所有體毛，房門隔音是完全沒有，花洒頭是古董式的充滿水漬。

Good hotel overall for our first trip to Hanoi. However, not 5 stars by western standards, funky smell in room which other reviews note, smells damp or mildly. In comparison, some other people we met on our trip had similar or better quality/smelling rooms at hotels marked 3 and 4 star for less than half the price. Also: Everything in this hotel such as food/drink/massage/side trips is very high priced compared to options just outside the front door on the same street.

ホテルに到着した時からホテルの皆さん温かく、チェックインはお茶とフルーツをいただきながらリラックスでき、説明も丁寧で安心できました。 立地の良さは抜群で人気のパインミーやフォーのお店も近く効率よく楽しめました。屋上のインフィニティプールはこじんまりしてますが、無料で嬉しいサービスでした。 フロントのケイティさんは聡明な方で、リクエストにも地図や翻訳機を使いながら笑顔で対応してもらい、教えてもらったオススメの見所やお店は印象深くとても良かったです。彼女の気遣いもあり、ハノイがますます気に入りました。 今回あいにく天候に恵まれず、ハロン湾には行けなかったので、次回の楽しみにしてもう一度、メリテルハノイに宿泊しようと思ってます。

Nice staff

I was really impressed by the excellent service. I ate at the restaurant last night, and when the staff noticed I had a runny nose, they offered me ginger juice for free. Also, today was my check-out day, but when I told them my flight back was in the middle of the night, they kept my luggage for me and allowed me to use the shower. Everything about this hotel was excellent.

Very helpful well trained staff clean and tidy good room service i would definitely recommend this hotel, if we visit Hanoi in the future we wouldn't look anywhere elase for a hotel

A superb hotel. Katy and all staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Beautiful room. Rooftop bar was lovely. Room service was delicious and prompt. Day spa was beautiful and my massage and facial was excellent. Highly recommend this oasis in the middle of the bustling city
