Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. Please bring the required documents in hard copy.

You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Special requests may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fees. Special request availability is not guaranteed. For Mia Luxury Five-Bedroom Residence: The check-in time is at 15:00 and the check-out time is until 11:00. A security deposit of USD 530 (five hundred thirty American Dollars) will be held in cash or through credit card pre-authorization upon check-in & will be returned upon check out if no damage is sustained to the villa or villa content.
Children under 6 years old stay for free if using existing bed.
Children from 6 under 12 years old (using existing bed) will be charged additionally upon check-in.
Children 12 years and over are counted as adults and must use an extra bed. The fee of extra bed is dependent on the type of room you choose.
Resort Policy: - Mia Nha Trang, its employees, partners, and agents shall not be held responsible for any act of theft, loss or damage of any nature, including a result of any negligent act or omission to property belong to guests, whether placed in guest room or the safety deposit boxes provided in each room or from any physical injuries suffered by guest on the property. - In compliance with the laws of Vietnam, all guests are required to present an original passport or ID card upon check in, this also applied to outside guests visiting the Resort. The room registration may be refused in case of non- provided original and valid document. Please note that outside guests visiting room/ villa of in-house customers will be charged VND 400,000++per person and need to depart by 9pm. - The guests are requested to use the resort equipment and facilities with proper care. Any damage caused due to the fault or negligence of the guests shall be charged to the registered guests’ account as per the property’s amenity/furniture price-list. - Smoking shall only be allowed at outdoors and designated smoking areas. Smoking within the rooms and villas is strictly prohibited; a penalty cleaning fee of VND 4,000,000++ (for 5 Bedroom Luxury Residence) or VND 2,000,000++ (for other room types) is applicable if evidence of smoking is detected. - To guarantee the privacy and comfort of all our guests, fly-cams/ drones are not allowed anywhere in the Resort. A penalty fee of VND 10,000,000++ will be applied if violated. - To 5 bed-room Luxury Residences, a security deposit of VND 12,000,000++ (twelve million Dong) will be held in cash or through credit card pre-authorization upon check in & will be returned upon check out if no damage is sustained to the villa or villa content. - Kindly note that mangosteen and smelly fruits such as durian are not allowed to bring into your room - Outside food and beverage deliveries are not allowed to enter the premise due to guest’s health and safety reasons. - Beware that consumption of drugs, gambling is punishable by the laws of Vietnam, therefore strictly forbidden in the property. - At Resort’s pools and beach, a parent or a guardian must be in the water and within arm’s reach of children at all times. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. - No excessive noise is allowed after 9pm. - No pets of any kind are allowed in or around the villa and resort. - Shuttle Bus Service: Complimentary shuttle bus to and from Nha Trang city is available for in-house guests (advance reservation is required).
