MK Premier Boutique Hotel

1. 地理位置->這間飯店的位置太棒了，不管去哪裡都很方便。 「換錢的銀樓」飯店右轉再左轉，走路3分鐘就到了 「酒吧街」飯店左轉30秒就到了，雖然近，但飯店的位置不會因此而吵鬧及治安相當安全 「還劍湖」、「駐名的法國麵包店、pho」都在不遠處，而且當地很多隱藏版的美食，一堆當地人會去吃的，超推。 2. 大廳停車->旅行期間我有租摩托車到處走走停停，結果都會被當地人收取停車費，明明這是別人飯店門口之類的，他硬是要跟我收錢。但回來MK之後，才知道這間飯店有別家飯店沒有的門口摩托車專屬停車處，而且內推，所以超級安全及方便。門口警衛大哥也超級nice的。 3. 服務->無論是門口警衛大哥、大廳協助開門的服務人員、大廳櫃台接待處、或者是頂樓酒吧及早餐的服務人員，素質及服務都是一流的，超級棒。 4. 房間->因為想要省錢，所以選的房型是沒有對外窗的，但也沒什麼影響，因為大部份時間都會在外面晃晃走走，或者是去頂樓喝個酒看風景邊吹風，超棒。

因為飯店隔壁在施工，一早約六點就被吵醒；但除了這個以外一切都很棒，員工很熱心，環境很乾淨，房間設備舒適

酒店位於舊城區，在古街附近，很多食店，很方便。但一街之隔便是酒吧街，到晚上1時還是有點喧鬧。早餐不錯，即煮雞絲河粉很好。入住3晚，3天的早餐也略有不同。員工友善，英語也不錯。始終位於舊城區，有小蒼蠅由水渠飛入房內，但沒有氣味，整體不錯，spa的按摩普通

MK的旅館內的舒適度，我給滿分！ 房間內設備及備品都看得出來用心維持。 所以我碰到的服務人員都非常的親切、樂意幫忙，甚至會推薦好吃的地道小吃給我們。 唯一美中不足的地方，這次住的旅館樓層較低，接近鬧區，到了晚上街上的喇叭聲還是會打擾休息時間。

不錯的酒店，推介入住此酒店。 酒店外觀不錯， 整潔度合格， 職員有禮， 主動幫助和解答客人的查詢問題， 地理位置方便。

對面一間酒吧每天吵到一點。是音樂很大聲的那種！不然飯店本身很不錯⋯⋯

在36老街內，晚上相當熱鬧，服務人員很熱情服務，下次來訪還是選擇這裡。

非常推薦的一家旅店!! 地點剛好在熱鬧的大街非常多的餐廳bar 及各種當地小吃 ,服務人員也非親切 原本已經定了連續兩天的住宿,但臨時增加下龍灣的行程 已原價位把一天的入住日期往後延.之中跟店經理Erice多次mail連繫下龍灣的行程和房間的問題 也都快速地回應問題

飯店就位於古街夜市中 非常熱鬧與方便 飯店出口右轉可以到越南當地的健身房 早餐豐富,浴室的浴缸熱水充足,頂樓還有飯店的酒吧 性價比還不錯的飯店

住房感覺舒適，飯店在老街裡，各式餐廳小吃都方便，晚上比較喧鬧，飯店旁邊有便利商店。

Great Customer Service and attitude, especially front desk and bar service.

I came for business and stayed behind for holiday. And I didn't have much expectation to Hanoi. But the staff at MK Premiere gave me a very excellent experience in Hanoi. Need not to mention the room quality and location, all are very good. The point that I would highlight is how helpful the staff was. I booked a wrong local tour which wasn't the one I expected ( there are too many Sxxh cafe agency and I mixed them up). Then I showed my concern to the staff and they were very helpful to check everything for me. Finally I had a great trip in Vietnam. Highly recommended to book tour with the reception. It might be a bit more experience than the travel agency outside but the quality is secured. Also there is a small gallery at the hotel, which is good. I also like the cafe. Pretty good atmosphere. I will come back to Hanoi and stay here again

Felt like a 3 star hotel. Few choices at the breakfast buffet and drinks like an espresso is an additional charge. This hotel get quite noisy at night making it hard to sleep, especially when loud guests are checked in next to you. There’s no policy of keeping quiet even at 2am, etc. There were other issues as well where I had to complain to the manager who then apologized multiple times but didn’t offer me any compensation. So basically I didn’t enjoy my stay here and can’t recommend.

Loved everything, nice staff and the location is amazing

Chambre très confortable avec grand balcon donnant sur une rue très animée. On a apprécié le coté un peu désuet de cet hôtel qui le rendait plus "humain" que nombreux hôtels de chaines. les gens qui y travaillent sont accueillants et éfficaces

The hotel offers a comfortable stay with all the essentials, but what really stood out was the friendliness of the staff. Their courteous attitude and attention to guest needs added a personal touch that elevated the experience.
