月光公寓

Nothing wrong with the apartment, it was actually quite nice. When we booked it said it had a pool. When we tried to access the pool we were turned away as it was now residents only, we were not informed of any changes. Booking said that we would get instructions 24hrs before, only got instructions on the way to the apartment from the airport. And had to ask for instructions on WhatsApp. There was at least 3 fire excavations while we were in the apartment, one at 3am. I believe due to a faulty alarm system. The position of the apartment was good, right next to footbridge to district 1, and we took advantage of the minimart downstairs a lot.

Nice place. Checking in was a bit difficult but all in all a nice place to stay. Be sure you have internet before you get to the place. It is not hotel and no reception. But with an email got help within minutes. Apart from that all fine. The swimming pool is in another building, so difficult to access. Parking is not including in the deal.

This condo was absolutely filthy. There was black mold in the shower and around the sinks. The garbage cans stunk. There’s bugs in the only kitchen drawer. The sheets did not fit the mattress. The only bright spot was the woman who met us and checked us in. She was very responsive, but she didn’t know how to work the TV. So she called someone and they got us all set up the next day. Most unsettling thing besides the filth was her warning to us not to answer the door. Short term stays are not allowed in this building, and there are big signs everywhere, saying that. So we were very uncomfortable thinking that we might get evicted. I would never stay here again.

日本人です。 完全に高級なマンションです。 いわゆるサービスアパートメント。 フロントという概念は有りません。 電話、メールやLINEで受付とやりとりします。 もちろん英語かベトナム語です。 ホーチミンでも有数の高級アパートのためにむかしの四区とは信じられない高級で治安の良さあります。階下には、スターバックス・ハイランドコーヒー含む４件のカフェ、ミニストップ含む２件のコンビニ、スーパーがあります。 少し歩くと、フォー・コム・ビアホイなども沢山あります。橋を渡り10分ほどでパスツール通りのオシャレエリアへ。 プールは泳げる広さと子供用の二つ。 ジムはトレッドミルとマシンが多少。 部屋は、ストゥーディオで、ベッド・ソファ・デスクがあって、キッチン完備。鍋釜やかん、皿・コップあり。炊飯器も電気ケトルもあり。350リットル冷蔵庫もある。 Wi-Fiは専用ルーターなので、完璧。 洗濯機もあるから洗濯し放題。 シャワーのみ・トイレは洋式。洗面台あり。 TVは50型、AndroidテレビなのでYouTubeなとオッケー。 自分の部屋でくつろぐ様にノンビリ出来ることは間違い無いけど、ホテルライクなサービスは一切無いので、ベトナム初心者・海外旅行初心者は勧められない。ベトナムリピーターで買い物よりも、リゾート感覚でゆったりしたい人か長期滞在のビジネスマンには良いです。

Awesome place to stay! Very nice and clean. Easy to access and in a very good location. Right next to District 1 so very easy to walk through to most tourist destinations. Amenities easily accessible with two convenient stores on the bottom floor and cafes as well.
