Nam Long Plus Hotel

A lovely friendly little hotel who made us feel so welcome. Hana and all the staff do a great job making sure their guests are comfortable. In a good location with lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by and the beach a short walk. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a perfect hotel to stay if you’re going to do the caves! They have motorbikes for rent right there at the hotel and brochures for guided tours! It’s almost brand new very clean large room

It is a good hotel for the price, but the only thing we did not like were the many small ants in our room (we even found a few in our bed). We did not complain because the price is so cheap we could not expect more.

Nice clean hotel Did not have much interaction with the staff really Great walking areas right outside , and around the corner. Bad side no hair dryer meant dissatisfied girlfriend. And no hardly any hot water . Forced to take cool shower. Highly recommend the hotel adding hair dryers for the customers

This is a great little hotel in a great little walking city. I call it walking because it you can walk around the immediate area surrounding the hotel (and then some) and small quiet streets are one little eatery or coffee shop after another. You don’t have to constantly look over your shoulder for motorbikes it’s so quiet here. The hotel was quiet as well with an occasional obnoxious car honking which is unfortunately rampant throughout the country. The staff here is friendly and helpful especially the day shift front desk manager. Breakfast was generous and a steal at 50,000 Dong ($2.00 US). I had two bags of laundry done at 100000 Dong ($4.00 US) Exceptional deal. Great location-Great Staff-Great hotel. Highly recommend.

Nice room. Good view. Hotel organized a day trip for us, train tickets, and a ride to the train station after check out. Friendly staff.

The hotel is good value for the price, and a useful base for exploring Dong Hoi. We stopped over on the way to Phong Nha so did not use their tour options, the receptionist did give helpful restaurant recommendations for Dong Hoi though. Room was basic but fine, although bathroom was a little dirty.

You get what you pay for: no hand soap, even after I politely asked. Cockroach in the shower

Outstanding attention from the staff, hotel is conveniently located and offers great accommodations. If I come back I would definitely stay again here!

The room was large with good AC. The bathroom had a shower, but unluckily - it also had a fairly deep you had to crawl into first. The room was missing two things - the Wifi really never worked in the room, only in the lobby and the room - and the hotel - had no lockbox for valuables. The hotel is located on a very quiet street and there are a few restaurants with-in walking distance. The breakfast was fair.

We only stayed 1 night but it was very comfortable and welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and helpful being more than happy to have guest from all over the world.
