Great hotel in a fantastic location. Unfortunately our shower drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom each time we used it, otherwise room was great and staff were lovely.

総合的には満足です。 今回で当Hotelは三度目です。 スタッフの対応親切 朝食は凄く美味しいです。 少々古さは感じますが全然問題ないです。 ただテレビが映りませんでしたやり方がわからなかっかもしれませんが。

タオルの交換は毎日ありましたが、バスローブやグラスの交換が無く、不衛生に感じました。グラスも洗浄された形跡が無い為、滞在中使用せずにおり、不快な思いをしました。

スタッフは親切で接客はよかったです。 朝食はそれほど種類が多くありませんが、クオリティーが高くとても美味でした。とくにフォーが絶品でした。客室は清潔でリラックスできました。シャワーの水圧は低めでしたがシャワーはできました。ベンタイン市場に非常に近いので、安く食事ができたり、周りにお店はたくさんあり、便利でした。

Service was excellent, staff were friendly and accomodating. Walls and doors were thin so I had trouble sleeping at night with people entering/leaving/chatting near my room. Beds were not in the best shape and was a bit uncomfortable, rooms were also a bit too spartanic, no decoration etc, for a 4 star hotel I would have expected more. Breakfast was OK, nothing special but offered a variety of options, dining area was nice. Pool is small, and only had two seats next to it so expect company.

Nesta second time around a much smaller room And struggling with hot water. Staff fantastic, nice pool to cool off and close to all the shopping places

First room had a dampness odour and when I questioned it I was offered to spray it despite telling them I have allergies. The rain water also leaked into the room from the windows and ceiling.Changed the room the very next day but the hotel would be rated a 3 star hotel. Staff are fantastic and helpful.

Really enjoy our stay breakfast good a little variety of some of the meats nice to have salad at breakfast

Great location in the centre with markets restaurants etc close by The pool Was a let down with only two chairs and a table to sit around but it was clean Staff were great

Have stayed here before but this this they were doing renovations which was extremely noisy.

The room was comfortable with everything needed for a stop over in Saigon. Has a nice deep bath to relax in. Has a small pool that needed the pump filter running a bit more. The buffet breakfast was very good with a large selection of Vietnamese and western foods. Close to everything in district 1.

Amazing location. Hardly 5 minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, made to order eggs with wide variety of fruits n breads. Easiest way to get to the hotel from the airport is through Grab app, which cost @ 90000 Dg or CAD $5 Overall a nice clean hotel with affordable price.

Clean and Comfortable. Within walking distance to alot in Zone 1. Staff went out of their way to accommodate requests. Breakfast buffet- varioys cuisine selection was top notch and appreciated.

Second time I’ve stayed here and I absolutely love the friendly and helpful staff. It was concierge service that I didn’t get at the more expensive hotels that I’ve stayed at.
