一切都很不錯，只是隔音稍微差了一點。

房間整潔，附近有好多日本餐廳。

I stayed at the Northern Charm Hotel from 12/19 until 1/8 and had a pleasant time. The staff made me feel welcome and were attentive; especially the front desk and housekeeping service were efficient. The rooms were spacious, and the location was really convenient, you can walk to many good restaurants, cafes, and spa shops in the Japanese town. The only thing that was a little annoying was some of the rooms were under renovation, which sometimes made my room a bit noisy in the morning. Having said that, if you get out early that wouldn’t be a big problem. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting HCMC downtown.

This is my SECOND time staying here, I liked it so much. The staff was amazing and helpful. Very friendly and attentive. Be careful with towels, bedding and glassware - if you misplace something, the hotel will charge you. Breakfast is very good, plenty of western and Vietnamese dishes, some made to order.

Petit dejeuner complet. Personnel acceuillant . Roof top et piscine merveilleux.

Breakfast great, room walls a bit thin so could be noisy at times, pool deck and sky restaurant views were wonderful.

The room was clean and the staff was very professional and lovely to talk to.

Une déception pour un hôtel 4 étoiles avec des espaces communs de haut standing mais une chambre de luxe vraiment très petite (juste un petit espace pour tourner autour du lit) y compris la salle de bains (Difficile d’y être à 2 en même temps), une fenêtre contre un mur sans aucune vue, et facturation très chère de la seconde carte magnétique non retrouvée dans la chambre mais sûrement pas très loin, alors qu’il suffit juste de reprogrammer une nouvelle carte ! Personnel de l’accueil pas conciliant et froid !

the staff's service was kind, polite, and excellent. Also I'd liket to mention that the breakfast was delicious. The facilities were clean, and the hotel was located in a safe area. It was a wonderful hotel.

目の前のカフェが美味しかった

Most of the are good. But amenities should be changed such as shampoo, body cleanser, and soap. The smell was not good. Exepct this, very good hotel.

Room was nice and clean, nice location, good breakfast. Wrote them thoughp through here but no response. Subject: Immediate Resolution Required – Service Recovery Happy New Year. We are paying $180 per night for a properly air-conditioned room. After spending over three hours in a 30°C room with the AC set to 16°C (with a filter cleaning warning displayed), we were told this was “normal.” It clearly is not. We were then downgraded and provided with a portable electric fan. This is not an acceptable substitute for a functioning air-conditioning system at this rate. To resolve this matter professionally and move forward positively, we request: • Immediate placement in a properly functioning, fully air-conditioned room for the remainder of our stay, and • Two (2) complimentary nights as service recovery for the inconvenience, downgrade, and discomfort experienced. This would be a reasonable gesture considering the circumstances and the duration of our stay. If this cannot be resolved promptly, we will escalate formally through Hotels.com and request documentation of the incident. We hope to settle this amicably and continue our stay comfortably. Thank you.

The hotel condition is excellent, beautiful decoration, modern , clean, excellent location.The staff were friendly, helpful, attentive, excellent service.
