My only reason to revisit Hue is to come back to this beautiful and comfortable hotel. The operation manager Miss Miva is the most friendly person in the world, giving me the feel of home in Vietnam. I recommend all friends to stay here. Though rack rate is a bit high, price is very reasonable during promotion. Restaurant is good, though expensive, there are cheap options right across the street. It is a peaceful resort 15 minutes to city by car.

It's a perfect getaway after daily visits at the Imperial City and Royal Tombs. The resort is small and cosy. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We particularly get surprised by their lovely GM Miwa-san, a Japanese lady who has already spent three years at Hanoi and less than a year at Hue. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of. The villas are adorable. The spa is also highly recommended.

Absolut service i topklasse og bedste hoteloplevelse vi har haft i Vietnam. Alt spillede fra start til slut og vi er så glade for at vi havde hele 6 nætter på dette smukke hotel. Det er et kæmpe sted med +100 værelser, men du lægger slet ikke mærke til de mange mennesker. Området er stort og som en lille smuk og grøn by. Der er forskellige poolområder og vi er meget taknemmelige for en opgradering til poolside villa/værelse, der ligger ud til en rolig (voksen)pool med hyggelig loungemusik og god service. Da vi bookede blev vi lidt overvældede over de mange forskellige værelsestyper og vil klart anbefale at være helt skarp på formålet med turen (ift om man er afsted som par, familier m/u børn etc). Der er yoga hver morgen og nogle eftermiddagsklasser med meditation/yoga, som jeg/vi deltog i hver dag. Fint gym og fantastisk morgenmad (buffet). Spaen blev også besøgt flittigt ligesom vi spiste i restauranten 4 ud af 6 dage, så den kan bestemt også anbefales. Hele stedet emmer af god (og ekstraordinær) service, hvor de har helt styr på deres gæster. Det er meget tiltalende og hvis jeg kunne give en højere karakter, ville de få det. Bare et stort tak og en kæmpe anbefaling.

Staff are lovely and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've experienced, lots of healthy options and traditional Vietnamese dishes

ホテル内はとてもきれいでスタッフの方も皆さん親切でした。到着時のおしぼりとドリンク、30分のマッサージなどのサービスも充実していました。 またヨガクラスも予約なしで参加でき、とても快適でした。 帰りのフライトが早朝でチェックアウトが6時で朝食ブッフェを食べられなかったですが、代わりにランチボックスを準備してくれました。また、荷物運びやタクシー呼び寄せもしてくれて、スムーズに空港に行くことができました。 サービスも食事もよく、また行きたいホテルです。

Beautiful place!

Fantastic retreat and a hidden gem for families and adults

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our villa was perfect especially as it had it's own pool which was convenient as we stayed during summer and it was very hot outside. We enjoyed dining in the restaurant and tapas in the bar. The food and cocktails were amazing. The complementary drink and massage was a nice extra. I definitely would love to stay here again.

This is seriously the best place to stay in Hue! It is not far from anything. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Hue! Our family really really enjoyed our stay and our Butler Thanh was the best. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Phenomenal resort hotel, we have stayed multiple times and love this place. The rooms are set in stunning, excellently maintained gardens, extremely clean and incredibly spacious. The pool is absolutely beautiful and the staff are fantastic. Very good restaurant and spa. With thanks and hope to stay again!

It was a very nice hotel. Although it’s a bit far from the center of Hue, getting around was no problem with GRAB. The property is full of greenery, making it a pleasant place to stay. I swam in the pool every day and enjoyed the complimentary massage included in the room rate, spending a relaxing three nights there. The staff were very kind, greeting us with “Xin chào!” in Vietnamese and offering helpful sightseeing advice. I would love to visit again.
