Potique Hotel

Very nice hotel with great amenities. Good location, near the beach- the beach chairs and umbrellas in the reserved area were nice. Breakfast was also huge and delicious.

立地はニャチャンの中心部でレストランやスパ、市場、ビーチ、いずれも徒歩圏です。ホテル全体の雰囲気はセンスの良い上品な空間、調度品、什器が素晴らしく何処もインスタ映えする空間です。朝食も種類が豊富で美味しくいただけました、最上階のプールも風が気持ちよく素晴らしい空間です。少し歩きますがビーチにホテルのパラソルとチェアが用意されています。 特筆ずべきはスタッフの対応の素晴らしさです。特にロビースタッフは素晴らしく食事や買物の助言をいただき素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。 一つだけ残念な点は、部屋に陽の光を感じる事ができる窓がないことです。周囲が高層ビルでプライバシシーとどちらを優先するか？ですね。

총 5박 숙박하는 동안 딱히 불편함은 없었어요. 단지 객실 청소를 대충 하는 것 같았습니다. 매일 청소해주셨는데 이틀동안 샤워실 머리카락은 그대로였고(물론 다음날 얘기하고 나서는 잘 청소되어 있었음) 어마어마하게 프렌들리 하진 않았지만 기분상할 수준은 아니었습니다. 관리만 잘 된다면 더 만족스러운 숙소가 될 수 있을 것 같아요.

Your hotel is AMAZING!! We love the decor throughout the hotel is tastefully done in authentic Vietnamese way. The staff at the reception and restaurant are incredible. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an iced cold drink & towels while sitting on the comfy chairs in the lobby. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are attentive, they constantly checked on us while clearing out dishes and offered to refill our coffee. The Sen Spa service is professional & the space is clean, the ladies are checking on the strength of their pressure, asking if we want to have less or more. In particular, we want to give a shout out to Eri - the nice lady with perfect English at the front desk, who helped us with the check in/out and making a last minute ground transport for us to the airport. With her help, it made our trip epic!

This is a truly 5* Hotel delivering the 5* experience in every detail. From Check in to Check out.

럭셔리 부티크호텔입니다 시내중심과 가까우면서 상대적으로 조용하고 직원들의 서비스가 정말 훌륭하네요 ^^

Staff couldn’t do enough

3박4일을 하였는데 샴프, 샤워워시를 담은 통은 이쁘나, 펌핑이 잘 안되었다. 수영장에 온수가 안나와 추웠다. 조식 커피는 싱거웠다. 크리스마스 갈라디너를 먹었는데 음식이 끊어져서 코스요리라 하기엔 많이 아쉬웠다 5성급호텔이라 하기엔 디테일이 아쉽다.

Extremely comfortable large room, tasteful decor, lovely staff - super helpful and friendly. I felt very happy to be staying here.

Excellent all round

Really nice Hotel, no hassles and well located to central Nha Trang. Found the pool area a little small, but a lovely pool with great views none the less. Overall very good no complaints.

The water in the pool was so warm that it wasn't good. But my room condition was good, so it was okay

対応してくれた受付の方がすごくいい方で、その方のおかげで滞在が有意義なものになりました。受付のスタッフは皆さん、親切で丁寧な対応で大満足です。清潔度は普通です。チェックアウトは混んでいる時間だったので、対応してくれたポーターの方は英語も下手で、対応も最低でした。スタッフのクオリティは全員が素晴らしいわけではないですが、チェックインの担当のスタッフの方はかなり優秀な方でした。

Potique Nha Trang is a very pleasant hotel. The place has a warm and quaint atmosphere. It offers the modern conveniences yet still retains an aura of traditional hospitality and charm. In the middle of bustling Nha Trang, Potique is a refreshing find. Mr. Trung and Ms. Ngoc Anh were exceptionally courteous and helpful to me and my family. Thank you Yes, if my traveling takes me back to Nha Trang, I will definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at the Potique Hotel. The room was gorgeous with trendy fashionable and modern design and decor. Loved everything about it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay breakfast was amazing and the staff were brilliant.

Front desk said they would handle motorbike rental. Waited until 5 minutes prior to pick up to tell us their connection fell through and there was nothing they could do. Laughed at us. Eventually got motorbike (Vu Duc Anh seemed to just not want to work). Still never apologized. Next day, bellhop literally chases me down and follows me about returning the bike. I say I will when I check out in 20 minutes. Still follows and pesters me. This is expected at a hostel, not a 5-star
