Overall is good but the the quality of breakfast is just above the average. Hope to improve for an excellent service in the future

General service is good. Front line staff, including drivers and safe guards are all friendly and helpful. We loved to chat with them. Gardening and environment is well-maintained with tropical and exotic Vietnam vibes. Direct connection with the beach is charming and romantic. However our villa showed multiple malfunction when we moved in. TV was not available in all rooms. Took them 1 day to fix it. Pool lights were broken, fixed in the other day and then broken again. One of the water heaters was not working as the circuit was broken by the fuse. Our impression towards the hotel was kinda ruined by these details. While they should maintain or check the villa facility before clients' check-in. In stead, these checking/fixing/communication became the first activity of our Danang vacation. Definitely cooling down your mood. Lastly, their water heater was disappointing. After turning on the water heater for a while, you could enjoy 10min of warm water shower. Then it would be cool shower time. I did not understand why there is a bath tub.

環境優美，乾淨整潔，鄰近美溪沙灘，唯一美中不足就係的士唔可以直接入到我住的Villa，每次都要等車，不過好快會有車接送，所以可以接受

三年前來過這酒店，感覺令人很滿意，渡假村內環境很好。三年後再來，這次也沒有令我失望，設施依舊保養得不錯，環境舒服，不過其中一天收拾房間時有些物品忘記補給，可以再改善一下

Rooms are spacious. Very nice private swimming pool. The villa is clean and tidy. Very comfortable. Suitable for family gathering. Buggy is easy to access.

Good location "The resort is only a short ride to both Danang city centre and Hoi An. Staff are very friendly where we had breakfast more foods. We were very lucky to have our pretty girl housekeeper to look after us during our stay there; she was a star! She is the one who makes us want to go back and stay in this resort again. Because of her, we would recommend this resort to our friends. However we have to say the property is showing its age, furnitures and the fittings in the villa were dated and old. "

The water of the swimming pool has not changed. Suggest it should change once when a new client check in.

住宿環境舒適，酒店對出已是水清沙幼的海灘，酒店職員待客熱情有禮，洒店提供的早餐亦豐富多元及好味。交通亦十分便利。

The hair dryer in the master room is not user friendly! I hv to keep holding the ‘On’ Button tightly and also not enough socket to plug in the hairdryer, I need to pass through the table to plug it under! The table light bulb also out of service despite I called for maintenance 2 times!
