Simply amazing! Very friendly and attentive staff, very helpful and knowledgeable about what to do in the area. Food was very nice, had a dinner bed and breakfast option. The decor in the hotel is exquisite. Very nice pool area and the spa is really good as well

Disappointing experience despite the friendly staff. - Entire floor smelt damp and must have been recently water logged given the different carpet and uneven surface - Snacks in the mini bar were expired by 6 months - Room service limited to main meals only (no snacks despite being available in the bar lobby) - No power outlet in the bathroom made getting ready for my wife difficult - Bread/pastry items at the buffet breakfast tasted stale or days old - areas around the room and breakfast area were dated or dirty - jacuzzi facility looked really nice but they don’t leave you in as a married couple, each gender must stick to their own jacuzzi

Staff and facilities very impressive

Beautiful hotel with excellent services and right on the beach. Like the free shuttle to Hồi An. Staffs were friendly and attentive. Spa was clean and spacious. Room - suite has the sunrise view of Cua Đại. Nice big infinity pool. Quiet area for relax and unwind.

Very personalized and attentive service rendered by Hanh and her team. Good suggestions for visits to attractions and assistance for transport arrangements. A wide spread at breakfast buffet, catering a a range of preferences and includes local delights.

We had a fantastic stay, staff were awesome and such a beautiful place. Very reasonably priced for a fantastic room too!

This was our 2nd stay at Renaissance (formerly Vinpearl Resort). We had an awesome time, with 20 people spread across 3 villas. Villas are luxurious and massive. Private pool is clean. Public pool is a great place to hang out but can get very hot due to no shade. A few cold beers at the pool bar will sort that out! Breakfast buffet is a bit expensive if it wasn’t included in your room rate - but worth it if you are hungry. Great selection of food. We also indulged in the private BBQ buffet on the front lawn in front of our villa. Really nice experience and food. Getting to and from Hoi An is easy with a approx 15 min taxi ride, or the free shuttle bus that goes every hour or so. The only improvements that I would appreciate at this place are some form of marine carpet around the main pool (the red tiles are super hot to walk on). And some general maintenance on the decking of the villa pools (some deck pieces coming detached). Overall if you want a 5 star resort closer to Hoi A rather than Danang, I would highly recommend this place.

The best value hotel I have ever stayed at, we got the suite the room to value is phenomenal, we ended up staying another night, the staff are so attentive and the place is prestine definitely book here if you are looking

This is a fantastic property, especially from the villas. Well spaced, great views, good rooms and facilities. Outstanding. Easy access (25 mins) to Hoi An, but peaceful on its own. Great gym and spa; food was high quality with an outstanding breakfast

The Staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

The resort was an absolute delight for my family and I. We enjoyed the Pool Villa very much with the facilities and privacy. We will definitely recommend and come back here to stay if we have the chance

Had a fabulous stay at the Renaissance . Staff and service were great and the view from pool and beach was spectacular Not so easy to get into town for other dining options but easy and so cheap to use Grab Booked a suite which was enormous and worth the extra money

Excellent top notched staff, from assistant GM Ms. Hồng, M. Tâm, Trâm, Hoa, Mr. Tuấn,.. front desk, Mr. Vũ, Tuấn, Truờng, Tịnh of Bellboy department, Chef Nguyện, Mr. Sang, Ms. Huệ, Lanh, Hồng of kitchen and Dining room to Mr. Thái, Rin of Lobby bar, kudos to their friendly working attitude, professional manners and knowledgeable skills. Definitely we'll come back to this Hoian Renaissance many more.

We utilized the spa and amenities 5 stars. The breakfast was the best breakfast we had in Vietnam, it was AMAZING! Loved the room, very modern and clean. The staff was great as well.

Friendly staff, good dining and bbq experience, clean property

We had a wonderful stay at VinPearl Resort and Spa. The reception staff, room sea view and appointment were superb as was the swim in the ocean and pool! The wait/bar staff are friendly and amazing and try very hard to understand your requests. We had a beautiful Massage which was very good and relaxing. Breakfast is varied and fresh - can be busy and noisy on weekends but manageable. We had room service and cocktails at bar which was great! We used Grab a bit to eat out although taxis are available- concierge very obliging!

This is one of the most amazing hotels we have ever stayed at. We were upgraded to a suite and the views were spectacular. Full gym and huge pool. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommmend!
