Roxana River Villa

ホテルの前の道は、川沿いで道幅が少し狭いですが何も問題はありません。スタッフの方がとても親切だったのが旅の良い思い出になりました。

Great hotel, in a beautiful quiet location down the river from old town. The view from our room was stunning and breakfast was delicious. Very friendly staff who were accomodating and kind. The free bicycle rentals made getting back and forth very easy.

Hotel has a great location right next to the river with a great view of passing boats.

The staff was very friendly and I would like to stay here again.

the property has a great view, facing to a beautiful river. Staff is friendly, sincere but lack of hospitality skills. Dining is very limited, breakfast only. Staffs are very inflexible, They don't know how to support customers, specially when there are special situations such as stomach flu. The hotel is only good with the view. Not worth the price.

Wow! This is a great hotel, right by the river, so beautifully decorated, very clean, great staff, beautiful breakfast with great coffee ( in a air conditioned dining room!) and super comfortable bed and pillows! We were surprised by the high quality or the (free) bicycles. We ended up there because of a mistake in a reservation in another hotel, but we should definitely have booked at Roxanna first! We look forward to be back there for a longer stay!

静かな地域でゆっくりと養生できました。 入口扉の建付けが悪い、浴室内で雨漏れがしていた、浴槽の排水栓を閉めても水が漏れていたなどの不具合はありましたが、それも楽しんで宿泊できました。近くにスーパーや飲み屋さんがあると良かった

Our stay was really so lovely. Excellent staff who were friendly, professional, helpful and generous & willing to have a chat. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Beautiful pool. Bicycles available daily. Delicious breakfast, inclusive of offering a variety of options for my friend who is vegan. Eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit juice, fresh fruit salad were all perfect. Spacious rooms, many which have either a full or partial river view. An easy 20 minute walk into Hoi An old town was nice on cool days, and only 30.000 in a taxi when not. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property is relatively well kept and a bonus is that it's by the river - I would suggest paying the extra money for the view. We came across issues with the AC for 2 of the 3 rooms I booked. I ended up swapping my room 3 times during our 3 night stay. A few things to note, there are no elevators so you have to be comfortable climbing stairs, and the breakfast buffet is a la carte. I selected Roxana because my preference is to stay somewhere quieter and away from the busy streets but you will have to walk about 3km to get to the old town. They do offer bikes and the reception can help with ordering an electric car which is perfect for families/larger groups. However, it's difficult to order a cab at night (after 8pm) cause they're typically all booked up. Overall my family and I had a great stay at Roxana River Villas.

We stayed at the Roxana River Villa in Hoi An, Vietnam in early March, 2020. Our large room had a balcony overlooking the riverfront giving us views of the occasional boat traffic. The entire hotel is very clean and well maintained. The pool area is mostly shaded, a plus in the tropical heat, and large enough to swim laps. Yet, the best part of our stay was the interacting with the very friendly and kind staff. They were a pleasure to speak with and always looking out for our needs. For breakfast there was a variety of food and always very good. The Roxana also provides bicycles for guest use, which came in very handy to ride into the Old Quarter, which was approximately one kilometer away. This was far enough for a little peace and quiet from the tourist noise, but within walking, or biking distance. We highly recommend the Roxana River Villa for any stay in the Hoi An area.

This is a charming place to stay. A new hotel overlooking the river it is situated just a short walk from the main town. This is a bonus as it is so peaceful but not isolated. There is a good swimming pool and they provide bicycles for those who don't want to walk into town. The hotel is sparkling clean and the staff wonderfully kind and helpful. It is overall wonderful value for money.

시설이 아주 잘 되어 있고, 조식 서비스도 아주 좋아요 리버 뷰 전망도 멀리 볼 수 있어서 호이안 에서는 최고 수준의 호텔 이라고 해도 손색이 없을 것 같습니다

Amazing new boutique hotel in HoiAn. Quiet riverside location with many good restaurant around. We had junior suite which is very spacious and clean. Good breakfast, attentive staff. Easy walk to Old town or bike ride which is free for rent. Enjoyed 4 nights stay, highly recommended.

We loved everything about this hotel the rooms, the bath, the wonderful staff and the breakfasts. It was also grear value for the money. We were on the first floor because we were too lazy to walk up to the second floor but the view of the river would be even better from here. We walked along the river path every day to Old Town but we didnt mind. We were away from the noise of the town. If you ride a bike this would be an easy 5 minute ride.

スタッフさんがとても親切です。 すこし市街地から離れてはいますが、近すぎると毎晩お祭りのようなホイアンではうるさく感じることもあると思うのでちょうど良かったと思いました。

The villa was beautiful, new and a amazing view. Very comfortable and clean room. the staff was so nice and helpful, delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!.
