Ruby Star Hotel Da Nang

It was a decent hotel for the price, and the front desk staff were very friendly. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is quite good for the price. The breakfast was also good.

La chambre d’hôtel était tres tres propre, et le personnel courtois et professions.. J’ai adoré emplacement de hotel près de la plage,café restaurants. Belle piscine sur le toit pour relaxer. Merci au personnel de Ruby Star hotel.

Walking distance to each and many restaurants. Breakfast buffet was good and staff very helpful. Pool very small.

The hotel is located close to the beach and alot of delicious restaurants nearby, room is clean staffs are excellent and very friendly, breakfast can be better but its not bad. I'm definitely stay here again if come across of this area.

Room was spacious and bif to accomodate 3 adults easily. However Bathroom was not well designed - seperate shower and WC areas. Breakfast was below expectations and skipped it after 1st day.

Professional and friendly staff

Room didn’t have a net curtain, so I had then choice of living in a cave (curtains closed) or a goldfish bowl (curtains open, everyone can see me). Thy put a net curtain up 24 hours after I complained, which was my last day of 5

일주일 머물렀는데, 직원들이 무척 친절한 호텔입니다. 특별히 불편한 점은 없었습니다. 다음에 다낭에 오면 또 머물고 싶은 호텔입니다.

Our stay was okay, we stayed only for one night. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. The location is good and the staff were nice.

Not happy about several things with this Hotel. We tried to get a refund but since we booked through expedia, the property refused to refund us so we could move to another hotel. I kept getting cut off with expedia so we sucked it up and stayed. First, we arrived early and went for lunch to come back for 2pm check in to be told we can't get into the room because the air conditioning wasnt working. When we were at reception we asked what towels we used to go to the pool and Beach and they said they were in the room. We got to the room and were going to go to the pool immediately. We saw there were only two towels in the room which were bath towels so we called down and asked if we could get some towels for the pool. They told us to use the ones in our room. At that time I asked if while we were at the pool they could bring two new towels for us for the shower. We went to the pool to find out there was only two loungers and no chairs at the whole pool. Somebody else was using one and they offered to leave so we could have the loungers. Of course we didn't want them to do that but they left anyway. When we left the pool and came back to our room there were no towels delivered. We called down and asked for a new towels which were brought up but we were told we would have to pay for them, we only got one towel each a day. When I said that we wanted towels for the pool or the beach they told us that we had to pay or we had to use the same towel for the beach and showering.

The location was great and close to many restaurants and beaches. The property was decent and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Fantastic week at the Ruby star in da nang.The hotel is in a fantastic location just minutes from the beach with lots of restaurants and bars close by. The bonus was having a rooftop pool to cool down after being out in the hot sun . The room was fantastic, large bright and airy with good views as we were on the 10th floor. Breakfast was served between 06:30 and 09:30 but my wife and I tend to sleep until nearer 10 due to late nights but did manage down a couple of times and there was a fair choice of things to eat. Big shout out to Trang at reception , a beautiful young lady who always had a smile on her face and was always willing to help, she always seemed to be there which is a big bonus for the hotel ( promotion deserved )Look forward to returning to this beautiful hotel and city .

Felt like the pictures were misleading. Hotel environment was not professional. Hotel smelled and our clothes that got washed smelled like mildew

Very nice hotel with great breakfast and nice staff! The rooms were very clean (smaller but kept nice) and the location is great! On a Main Street close to many restaurants and super quick walk down the street to the beach!
