No any information or reply before check in, it really unacceptable. no one answer the phone call or reply any message before check in time. Very unprofessional. And the noise from the street was very loud😂 cannot rest well

The host contacted me once I have confirmed the booking. She is very nice,helpful and responsive. She even gave me the red packet on the first day which surprise me a lot. My family stayed 3 nights at there. The flat is big, face to the river,beautiful view especially when the sun raise.Well-equipped,Netflix provided. The place is located next to the Mong Bridge, walkable distance(round 10 min) to the Bitexco Financial Tower. Nice!

Good location, spacious apartments, with laundry facilities, convenience shops on ground level useful. Apartments are actually Air B&B so you have to wait for security to call your host- this wasn’t communicated at any point, no lamps in bedrooms so only v bright overhead ceiling lights, no oven or toaster in kitchen, pool is on Level 7- v windy & it made water too choppy to swim, host entered our apartment without prior notice to remove a spare sofa- complained to them via WhatsApp number and they apologised.

Good stay again. Location is convenient, small cleaning problem but was quickly fixed. Communication is always excellent.

It’s a bit tricky to use the pool. You’d need the person handling your booking/key to register you every time you use the pool. Lots of rules that were not communicated up front in the booking.

The room was ok, but not easy to get ahold of anyone, no front desk and we was yelled at 5 times by the security guard for waiting to be checked in or waiting for taxis. They made us stand outside for the rides or just to be checked in or out. If you go swimming they have to walk you to the pool. We had to leave half way through I couldn't handle my family getting yelled at for basic thing.

チェックイン時にガードマンが色々聞いてきて多少戸惑いましたが、聞いていた電話番号に電話するとすぐに迎えにきてくれました。ホテルでは有りませんが、グラブの乗降場ポイントにもなっており、交通に不便は感じませんでした。強いていうなら隣のお寺の鐘が早朝になる事くらいでしょうか。

Easy to communicate, walking friendly to stores and plenty of food around the area.

Very good communication with the staff. Overall we had a good stay but we would not come back. Biggest problem is the security guards, they would not let us stay in yhe lobby while waiting for our ride. I don't know what the reason behind the security keep kicking us out of the lobby but standing outside in the heat is horrendous not to mention very unsafe when they kick us out at night. Worst part is the security guard attitude. Not recommended due to the security guard. Only other issue was the shower drain not draining fast enough.
