This trip is our honeymoon. I'm not sure that have I mentioned its our honeymoon or not. But their room service was great. We got a promotion from one bed room to 3 bed rooms with a city view balcony. (Well, if it is river view will be perfect.) The living room was clean. I think it is our future house will look like. :) BTW, the swimming pool should clean up.... Only one thing is less perfect is the location. But their transportation to downtown is good. We can easily explore HCMC thru their shuttle bus. We couldn't get on the shuttle boat, otherwise we could enjoy the river view well.

Guests must provide Passport(s) and Credit Card(s) at the time of check-in. 1. If guests don’t bring the registered booking credit card along, guests will pay full rental by cash or another of his own credit card and a deposit amount for F&B equivalent 50% of full rental. For example: Room charge USD 100/night x 2 nights = USD 200 / USD 200 + USD 100 (50% F&B deposit)= USD 300 Total = USD 300 2. If guests DON’T bring the registered booking credit card along, but guests agree to pay full rental and deposit by cash/another his own credit card like the example above, we then will refund the rental to the registered booking credit card (if we did charge/block already). 3. If guests BRING the registered booking credit card along, we need the guests to deposit 50% F&B like example above. 4. For late bookings after 10.00 PM Vietnam time and during weekends or public holidays, guests should pay by cash/bring along credit cards only. 5. In any case if guests don’t have valid passports, no check-in is admitted except guests can show proof from Vietnamese Police or his Embassy/Consulate stating in Vietnamese language and/or English that client has lost his passport.
Children policy + Children under 6 years old – sleeping in the same bed with parents are free of charge. Children from 6 years old should be charged as an extra person at US$25/bed/night. Extra charge for person will be paid directly to hotel.

Perfect place to choose if you decide to stay in Saigon for more than 3 days. Smart located and designed, good taste hotel with very nice staff: A stone thrown distance from city center which make it very tranquile, not full of visiters and travellers in lobby, a feeling of luxury and private service. We love breakfast everyday on their floating wood deck, the garden is calm and the size is intime, the small fault is the step constructed not with the even height You can choose their romatic suttle speed boat and almost private mini-bus to city within only 20 mins, meanwhile you can have a look at the local people's everyday life. Situated in the island-like district, not only can you discovery the Saingon city beauty, you can also take their offered free bicycle to enjoy vientnamess coutryside, just riding along the narrow street in front of the hotel, and find several pretty tourist village" are open spaced, full of tropical plants and well-designed landscape, the amount of local food cout gardens are dilicious and the cost is very affortable. We've passed a so wonderful vacation there and sure will choose next time.

Our family members were flown from different place, i.e. Australia,Hk and Shanghai .When I booked this service apartment, I know it is not in the city center, but shuttle bus/boat were provided on free basis, fast wifi internet system was ptovided for free. I am very impressive that all staff is really friendly and helpful. Eventhough, In-house restaurant is not much but the reception is good to recommend some places for dining. We really have good impression about this service apartment n Vitnam. Definitely, we will come back again.

Bra hotell med ett stort rum med utsikt över Saigonfloden. Skön pool där vi badade länge och väl. Klart godkänd frukost med flera alternativ att välja i mellan. Trevlig personal i receptionen som talade mycket bra engelska. Enkelt att ta sig in till stan med taxi. Många små och billiga restauranger i närheten. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka

爪切りはないし、アメニティもシャンプーとシャワージェルで、コンディショナーはない、朝食もビュッフェではなく、ジュースもオレンジジュースしかない。TVはただの飾りです、と何も見れない。シャトルシップは既になく、シャトルバスも1日に数本。部屋は広くて快適だけど、サービスダウンが否めません。夜は何故か道の前が洪水で、車が通り過ぎて水が洋服にかかりビシャビシャに。毎夜何の水を大量に流してるのか、、？ 中心部から遠いのは理解してたけど、当たり前にあるホテルのサービスがない感じでした。暮らすには良いのかもしれませんね。あと、洗濯機は乾燥機がついてなく、ちゃんと洗濯しないと3.5時間洗濯し続けてかえって汚くなりました、、！(最短設定でも1.4時間、、！

Love Saigon Domaine. after staying here we went to Park Royal Hotel which is probably one of the nicest hotels in Saigon. We ended up coming back to Saigon Domaine as it was much more comfortable and relaxed. much bigger rooms and on the river.

Large apartment with beautiful view. The building is a few years but was kept clean. It's a bit outside the city and there is not too much to do in the area, but there is a boat and minibus that takes you downtown. Would have been nice with some more sun chairs in the pool area.

満足ポイント 1ゆったりとした部屋の作り、間取り 2キッチンや食洗機あり 3冷蔵冷凍庫が広い 4部屋からの景色が良い 5街に出るボートサービスが無料な上快適 6近所に飲食店や小売店がある。 7バイク音は中心部ほどではない 8部屋の窓ガラスが厚く遮音性が高いのでよく眠れる 9朝食会場の船上レストランは心地よい風が抜け、かなり快適。 惜しいポイント 1シャワー水圧はかなり弱い 2部屋にバスローブが無い 3朝食メニューがあまり多くはない。 4近所の飲食店は地元向けで英語メニューのない店が多い。 5部屋の掃除や補充はキッチリしていない。 6繁華街からはかなり離れている上、地元民に馴染まれているホテルではないため、タクシー対策にベトナム語のホテル住所を印刷して持ち歩く必要があった。(GRABとバス移動ばかりであまり使わなかったが。。。) 7ホテルアメニティ、リンスやトリートメント的なものが無くシャンプーのみだったので髪がゴワついた。 8部屋にドライヤーがない。持参者に借りたのでフロントに確認はしていない。 9一歩中に入るときちんとしているが、いわゆるリゾートホテル的なエントランスや面影、外観などに気を使っているホテルではない。実を取る人向け。

満足ポイント 1ゆったりとした部屋の作り、間取り 2キッチンや食洗機あり 3冷蔵冷凍庫が広い 4部屋からの景色が良い 5街に出るボートサービスが無料な上快適 6近所に飲食店や小売店がある。 7バイク音は中心部ほどではない 8部屋の窓ガラスが厚く遮音性が高いのでよく眠れる 9朝食会場の船上レストランは心地よい風が抜け、かなり快適。 惜しいポイント 1シャワー水圧はかなり弱い 2部屋にバスローブが無い 3朝食メニューがあまり多くはない。 4近所の飲食店は地元向けで英語メニューのない店が多い。 5部屋の掃除や補充はキッチリしていない。 6繁華街からはかなり離れている上、地元民に馴染まれているホテルではないため、タクシー対策にベトナム語のホテル住所を印刷して持ち歩く必要があった。(GRABとバス移動ばかりであまり使わなかったが。。。) 7ホテルアメニティ、リンスやトリートメント的なものが無くシャンプーのみだったので髪がゴワついた。 8部屋にドライヤーがない。持参者に借りたのでフロントに確認はしていない。 9一歩中に入るときちんとしているが、いわゆるリゾートホテル的なエントランスや面影、外観などに気を使っているホテルではない。実を取る人向け。
