Saigon Phu Quoc Resort & Spa

It was a large local resort with great location, walking distance for shop, night market and restaurants, I think it was quite famous for local people, you better choose the bungalow suit room, for all bungalow with sea view, excellent.

酒店的车辆送客，打表显示是180.000VND，结果却要了300.000VND，不知什么原因，语言不通啊。

Good location

Lidt slidt, men fantastisk sted. Ok morgenmad. Vi havde et oceanview værelse, som var virkelig dejligt, men vi kunne godt bruge en parasol - man kunne ikke være på terrassen efter kl. 13, da stod solen ind.

Excellent hotel which has been build in a very nice layout with a lot of bungalows which create a nice atmosphere, where most will have sea view. Nice beach and pool are that never was busy. Big celebration for breakfast. And then the offer free pickup and drop off to the airport. It is located with a 10 min walk to center, but also a lot of option on the the road in both directions

Things are going well but the only thing that really turned me off that is staff burned garbage around the property and black smoke is unbearable.

It is a very relax, quiet environment.

Very beautiful property in a great location. You can find a lots of good restaurants near by. The beach is calm and clean. Very nice, polite and helpful staffs. We really enjoyed our stay in Saigon Phu Quoc resort. Definitely we will come back. Highly recommend this hotel.

The private beach was lovely, though the room felt a bit dated and could use some updates. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

Hope they stay the same, have been in this area before and love it. Great staff, food and amenities… the ocean and the pool were pretty great as well…😎

This is a nice little resort perfectly located at the beach and also close to the city center. Breakfast is good, very clean and the room was spacious with a nice terrace. If you book the cheapest category you need to have a bit luck. My room 303 has ocean view and is located in the beach front part of the main building. Very recommendable. But there are also same room category behind with view to the wall of the front building. Ask for 301-303 rooms.

This hotel was very nice a beachfront and close to lots of restaurants and stores. Here comes the problem that was handled very badly. When I checked in the front desk lady showed me a paper and was writing checking in time checking out and the price. She said checking out at 2 pm and I was like really that different than other countries, and the front desk lady agreed to with me. We laughed and talked everything is good right. No checking out time we are already packed up by 12pm so we decided to go for a swim for 30 min thank take a quick shower and leave by 1:30pm. The guy showed up at the beach screaming at us telling us to leave the room and just saying a lot in his own language. So we rushed out at about 12:30pm and he was just fallowing us and yelling really loudly and then everyone was looking at us. In the end we went to the counter and told her that lady said 2 pm and it is not our fault. I told her to bring out the paper for our check ing and she sow what I said was true. Guess what they did after finding out it’s their mistake. They made me pay more money to them.
