Attention: During every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 18:00 to 23:00, Nguyen Hue Boulevard will become pedestrian street as one of the regular ongoing events during weekend in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Therefore, all vehicles are prohibited during this period. To provide our guest with the best experience, please advise the hotel the arrival flight details or arrival time in advance for our Concierge team to assist with your luggage at our normal pick up point – Bitexco Finance Tower (Corner of Ngo Duc Ke and Ho Tung Mau Street)

• At check-in, the hotel requires guest present a valid photo ID with your address confirming the same name as the lead guest on the booking.
• The hotel requires guest provide credit card or cash deposit upon check in.
• For bookings paid with a credit card, you must present the card used to make the payment upon check in. Failure to show the credit card used for payment to our reception team may result in the hotel requesting additional payment or your reservation not being honored.
• All rooms are guaranteed on the day of arrival. In the case of a no-show, your room(s) will be released and you will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Cancellation/No-Show Policy specified at the time you made the booking as well as noted in the Confirmation Email.
*) Children from 6 to under 12 years old will be subject to a surcharge in accordance with the hotel’s policy, payable directly at the Front Desk. *) Children from 12 years old and above will be charged as adults, based on the hotel’s current rates. *) The extra bed service will incur an additional charge as per hotel policy, payable at the Front Desk. • *) In case a room accommodates 02 children from 6 to under 12 years old sharing with 02 adults, 01 extra bed will be required and charged in accordance with the hotel’s policy, payable at the Front Desk.
* From 09:00 PM to 09:15 PM on April 30th, 2026, all vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from traveling on Nguyen Hue Street, as the area will be designated as a pedestrian zone to facilitate a fireworks display.
