Therefore, all vehicles are prohibited during this period. To provide our guest with the best experience, please advise the hotel the arrival flight details or arrival time in advance for our Concierge team to assist with your luggage at our normal pick up point – Bitexco Finance Tower (Corner of Ngo Duc Ke and Ho Tung Mau Street)

• The hotel requires guest provide credit card or cash deposit upon check in.
• For bookings paid with a credit card, you must present the card used to make the payment upon check in. Failure to show the credit card used for payment to our reception team may result in the hotel requesting additional payment or your reservation not being honored.
• All rooms are guaranteed on the day of arrival. In the case of a no-show, your room(s) will be released and you will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Cancellation/No-Show Policy specified at the time you made the booking as well as noted in the Confirmation Email.
