For a fulfilling New Year holiday, Sapa Capsule Hotel would like to announce some notes as follows: 1, Currently we don’t have a night receptionist, we will start opening to welcome guests at 6am. Normally if you take a night bus from Hanoi to Sapa, when arriving in Sapa is about 4am, you will be able to sleep in the bus until 6am. Please check with the bus company about sleeping back in the bus. On New Year holiday, the hotel is fully booked therefore we have to refuse guests who want to do early check in and late check on in these days. And especially, the hotel will not check in for guests at night to avoid affecting guests who are staying at the hotel and for ensuring the best service. The hotel has a spacious and warm lobby at the first floor, you can relax or go sightseeing while waiting for the check-in time. In addition, you can leave your bag/luggage at the lobby. 2, The way to get to Sapa Capsule: - If you take a Limousine car, the car will pick up / drop off at the hotel.
