Mr Nam is an excellent customer service staff. The laundry services is quick and well priced. All the staff, housekeeping and dining were all respectful and courteous! We will definitely come back! Thank ypu:)

I enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot. It was beautiful. Room was nice, while the exterior property was covered in lush foliage. Staff was professional and friendly.
One thing to note is that the name of the hotel has changed a few times. Expedia refers to it as "BB Sapa Resort & Spa". It also used to be called "Victoria Sapa Resport & Spa" on some other travel sites. However, if you type either names into Google Map, it'll return a location marker with the name "Sapa Mountain Resort, Affiliated by Melia", leaving you to wonder if that is indeed the same place. It is.

This hotel possibly the best in SaPa. Friendly, English speaking staff, excellent service, great layout of hotel with very comfortable rooms can control the temperature. Great hotel breakfast and features, helpful staff and excellent location. Highly recommended.

This is my second stay in the same hotel. Well located and has good ambience. I wished they offered us early check in as we arrived early by train from Hanoi and had to start our tour without the chance to freshen up.

Hotel had a cosy vibe, with a log fire in the lobby. It was very well situated, with steps leading to town centre, so can avoid the messy construction on the road. Service was excellent, from front desk to restaurant staff. Breakfast spread was great and the buffet Bbq dinner with show was enjoyable. Spa was just average though. Rooms further away from lake are quieter, and views are just as good.

사파에서 제일 좋은 호텔중에 하나인거 같아요. 가격은 트리플룸이 23만원정도 였어요. 그냥 트윈룸은 15만원정도 인데 트리플룸은 가격이 확 뛰더라구요. 베트남 사파호텔 가격치곤 굉장히 비싼 호텔이에요.
호텔은 구조도 좋고 시설도 만족하며 특히나 정원이 아름다워서 사파의 인상을 더 좋게 해준 호텔입니다. 중심가인 광장에서 약간 떨어져있지만 걸어서 충분히 갈수 있는 거리고 오히려 조용해서 더 좋은거 같아요. 호텔로 가는 지름길인 계단이 불편하다고 하는 사람도 있는데 전 오히려 이 계단길이 너무 이뻐서 사진도 찍고 자주 이용했어요. 허지만 호텔에서 잠만자거나 머무는 시간이 적은 사람에게는 추천하지 않습니다. 사파는 숙박시설도 많고 객실도 넉넉해서 만약 2박을 한다면 1박은 미리 예약하고 2박째는 돌아보고 직접현지에서 고르는 방법도 추천합니다
