There were too many cockroaches in the room. I must've killed 50 of them, and when I brought it up to the hotel, they acted as if it didn't bother them. Hair in the bedsheets, rats running around breakfast area. It was a terrible hotel, we cut our vacation short because of the hotel.

J ai passé 15 jours au Vietnam et c est mon meilleur hôtel . Tout était PARFAIT . Le personnel attentionné , efficace , d une extrême gentillesse, allant aux devant de nos besoins . Situation géographique parfaite , vue dur le lac . Chambres grandes , propres .. Peut déjeuner excellent. Merci et bravo à toute l équipe Marie

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I had made a mistake and double booked a room. Hang was very helpful and arranged a refund for the unused room. I was there after after a trek on Mt Fansipan. They were able to do same-day laundry and an early check-in. Thank you

The hotel staff was very friendly & helpful. The location was good, but I wish we had stayed closer to the town center as it was ~15 mins walk from the hotel to the town center. The rooms we had all had a musty smell & very humid, we tried to air out the rooms but the window does not have a screen & we were afriad of mosquitoes so we couldn't leave the windows open. However, our biggest negative with the hotel was one of the rooms we had, had cockroaches. They were small & were crawling on the dresser. We killed 2 of them & thought that was the end of it, but later we saw more. I wouldn't be surprised if there's more on the property as cockroaches are attracted to moist areas. So we moved rooms.The other rooms did not have cockroaches, but still had that musty odor. This was with all the rooms we had. We didn’t bother to let the hotel staff know about the cockroaches as the other rooms were fine. We kept the other room and used only the restroom. Aside from the cockroaches in the 1 room, our stay here was ok. Their free breakfast offered a variety of foods and fruits. Our massages were done by the kitchen staff & front desk personnel. This was different from all the hotel & spa we stayed at, but then again you have to consider Sapa is a poor mountain town so the staffs are the jack of all trades here. We were just glad nobody got diarrhea during our stay here. So hopefully our run in with the cockroaches was an isolated event.

Great view of town without hill climb. Hang was a great hostess.

The receptionist name Hang is very good young lady.

Chúng tôi đặt phòng có bữa sáng miễn phí bao gồm, phở nóng hổi và ăn ngon. Wifi tốt và có khắp nơi ở khách sạn, bể bơi ngoài trời khá rộng và sạch nhưng chưa dùng thử Nói chung là sự lựa chọn đáng đồng tiền và rất tốt trong tầm giá cho gia đình 3 người của tôi, chắc chắn sẽ quay lại khi đến Sapa Sapa có mưa phùn nhẹ

Wir waren super zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Der Service vom Personal war ausgezeichnet, sehr nett und Frau Hang hatte sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse. Dadurch war die Kommunikation sehr gut wenn man etwas wissen wollte.

The service is extremely good. The receptionists are so kind and helpful too. They give us a good rood room with lake and moutain view. Close to restaurants and sapa’s church. Value for money accommodation. Will definitely come back here when visiting Sapa again in the future I liked everything

Dejligt Hotel i Sapa, beliggende med flot udsigt til søen. Man skal lige op af en kort stejl bakke. Super sødt personale, især Hang i receptionen som var meget behjælpelig. Var lidt ked af at der ikke var vand i poolen.
