Sapa Praha Hotel

this hotel room was beautiful and had the perfect mountain view. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. food and coffee were delicious. i got a shampoo/face spa for the first time. the lady was amazing! they also gave advice on when it was a good time to visit. all in all, my 2nd favorite hotel ive gone to in my lifetime

From the moment we arrived, the Praha team was so kind. We had been on the night train, so we were very early to check in. They allowed us to sleep in the spa for a couple hours and then our rooms were ready! When we checked out, they kept our bags for us all day and when we returned to fetch them, they sent us off with goodie bags with water, fruit and yogurt! Such good, genuine people- made the stay so nice.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They made us feel truly welcome, and were helpful and proactive in doing anything they could to make our stay in Sapa enjoyable. We liked the location which was quiet with views to the mountains & valleys, and only a short walk to the noisier and busy downtown. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety, including items cooked to order. We also liked that the hotel had a restaurant so we could eat in whenever we chose to. We would definitely return and recommend it without hesitation. It was a real find in Sapa.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, very comfortable and clean, the bathroom is clean, the facilities are complete, there is an iron, kettle, bathrobe, rubber slippers for the bathroom and warm slippers for the room, amazing ❤, I will definitely stay there again when I return to Sapa.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình và hỗ trợ khách hàng tối đa. Gia đình tới khách sạn lúc 5h30 nhưng vẫn có nhân viên hỗ trợ chu đáo. Tư vấn khách nên đi chơi như thế nào cho đẹp. Nhân viên thân thiện từ lễ tân đến các bạn phục vụ. Mọi người nên thử và an toàn cho nhóm gia đình/cặp đôi.
