Booked a family room for my wife and 12 year old. Room was really spacious with 2 poster beds. There was a smart TV with Netflix for the times when the teen was restless. Its a 7min walk to An Bang beach which was brilliant, with many restaurants, spas, & mini marts. The rooms are really nice & bathrooms are equally spacious. Owners were great-friendly and helpful. The place is still new, so that's a plus. The menu for breakfast was also good, and they genuinely love it when you ask for local Vietnamese food that isn't on the menu. They will either buy or prepare it for you - we actually tried their own family fare one of the mornings and it was really good. Fruit smoothies tasted really good. The best beef pho I have tasted is also down the road. The homestay back garden is also quite peaceful. It is 4km (15-20mins) from Hoi An Old Town though, but we were there for the beach, so its ideal. Grab-bikes aplenty for the times we went into town. Only one lady (Hoa) spoke English though. Not an issue since she is almost always around. I would, and have, recommend(ed) this establishment to anyone who (1) is there to visit An Bang beach, (2) does not wish to stay in an overly touristy homestay (there were plenty of that around, especially those with Korean lettering etc), and (3) wish to help deserving local small-businesses. I have enjoyed my stay there and their family's consideration for my family. I wish them much success.
