离乐园和动物园很近，有免费的接驳车。人很多，队伍很乱，指引的工作人员不够，也没有明确的标识，第一天去乐园，结果大巴直接开去离酒店更远的动物园，并且中间不停，司机也听不懂英语，平白无故浪费一小时在烈日炎炎下。比起芽庄的珍珠服务，差太多。

酒店員工的親切及主動問候及幫助。酒店位置與市區真的較遠，如果只打算在酒店玩樂也是很全面的選擇。只是房間的床單被套有污積比較失望。

We were staying in the ocean view executive room. All including the room, the environment, the pool, the restaurant, the beach and SPA service were good and clean. We enjoyed very much there. The amusement park and water park are just 5 minutes away from the hotel. They were not crowded and we didn't have to wait for long time. Our kids had good times there. Though the staffs were not very fluent in English, they were all very nice and friendly. We had good sense of relaxation for 3 nights there.

The staffs are really nice and polite. I am a traveler writing books and had the chance to stay at the hotel.Giving much challenge to scote the hotel. For 10 points I give it 7 points. There's nothing to complain when you get in the hotel. The lobby is very beautiful. The food in the hotel is really over prize to compare the expense you will spend in the center. The hotel is far from the city center (40 mins by taxi) and the hotel doesn't provide much transportation to the center. They asked you to take very expensive taxi to the center. However, no matter how many things we've requested, there's a staff named My Phuong assisted us as much as she can to satisfy the customer. One thing I found out which was taken another point was the bathrobe in the room weren't cleaned !!! I was surprised when I smelled the other customers sweat. This is really makes me surprised such a nice hotel which provided unwashed bathrobes. All in all the hotel wants you stay just in the hotel to spend your money. October is the raining season, but the weather could be good to visit too.

Lots of food for breakfast but no seafood, just cheap and simple food, not bad but this place is being too cheap! Lots of Indian and Korean tourists, if you want to avoid a certain smell. Staff are very helpful and maids are always cleaning right!

L’hôtel est fantastique, le service au top, il respecte bien la norme, 5 étoiles, je lui donne une 6.. aussi une mention spécial pour le serveur ADITIYA quel personne!! Très présent, serviable, souriant, rien à dire.. à chaque fois qu’on le croisait au petit déjeuner ou au restaurant indien, il était toujours au top.. quel classe quel présentation.. dommage le jour de notre départ on ne l’a pas vu, j’ai même essayé de le trouver, on m’a dit que c’était sa journée off. On voulait le remerciement.. l’année prochaine à notre retour..

If you’re looking for a 5-star hotel, then this is not it. You will get staff being impolite and rude, dirty and infested hotel rooms, noisy environment and disgusting patrons who spits all over.

Great hotel, great and helpful staff, very clean and has a really nice feel to it! Loved the pool area and the beach and the whole hotel so so well maintained. The vilas were beautiful and staff kept coming to give us free water and were so prompt with their service. Language is a bit of an issue in Vietnam but no complaints from the hotel, loved our stay!

Overall satisfied -/ but complete shortage of sun loungers around pool and on the beach By 7 am most are taken and people may not arrive until lunchtime The resolution was for staff to put stickers up saying 30 mins and towels would be moved — didn’t happen
