Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort

我們夫妻倆一起旅行十個國家以來，也住過不少好飯店，但這家四星級飯店最令人喜歡。服務好、房間大、晚餐早餐都好吃，入住會送下午茶與每人30分鐘腳底按摩，真棒！建議大家預約按摩時直接升級每人一小時的全身油壓，2個人才1000台幣！

The room was big and clean, the view from the balcony was super nice! The area was quiet, a bit far from the old town area, but there was shuttle bus service. I love the swimming pool. We were offered 30-min complementary food massage once, which I thought it was for per night, as many of the other hotels in Danang offered it per night.

飯店整體小巧可愛，乾淨舒適，接待人員也非常友善‧最棒的是有提供免費的腳踏車可以尋訪飯店周邊的美麗風光，還有免費的會安古城的接駁巴士，可以遊歷古城。

整體感覺良好，員工熱情款待，渡假村提供的活動都好多，全日都可以待在渡假村內，房間清潔乾淨，晚上會有一次清潔房間的服務，感覺好貼心，有穿梭車方便來回會安。

Though the resort is quite remote, it provides shuttle bus service going to the Hoi An ancient city. It also provides 30-minute free foot massage per stay and free bicycle rental service. It has brilliant river view and is a good place for viewing the sunset. The only room for improvement is that the gym room is quite small and has insufficient facilities.

酒店環境優美，絕對有渡假的感覺。房間整潔度亦很好，客服亦很快速，call 了一會馬上就到了。泳池很漂亮。酒店外更有不錯的餐廳，店主還懂中文呢。值得推介呢

とにかくスタッフがフレンドリーで親切。無料の食事もとてもおいしかった。陶芸やサイクリング等アクティビティも豊富で無料。ホイアンの街までは無料のバスもあって便利。不満は一つもなかったです。また絶対に戻りたいです！

If i could give this place 6 stars i would. everything about it was perfect, from the amazing staff who are a credit to this resort, to the free bicycle hire that a short cycle trip shows you the beauty of the country.

Excellent service from super friendly staff!! Super clean and luxurious resort that is highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Hoi An.

One of the best possible hotel stays I've had. Staff consistently went above and beyond to deliver excellent service and hospitality. Location is perfect, between river and beach away from the noise of town. Easy transport options with shuttle bus, or taxis/grab. Breakfast was always an abundance and room was always well stocked with tea, coffee, snacks and water. Excellent amenities, cleanliness, and couldn't recommend more.

1) 건물 및 룸: 오래된 것같은데 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어 있음. 조금 불편하지만 환경보호를 위해 플라스틱 사용을 줄이는 취지는 마음에 듦. 슈페리어 룸은 생각보다 작았지만 세면대가 2개인 건 좋음 2) 조식: 빵과 커피 맛있고 야채가 신선함. 뷔페 구성은 매일 조금 더 변화를 주면 좋을 것같고 의외로 쌀국수는 맛이 없어 아쉬움. ㅜㅜ 3) 스파: 늦은 체크아웃 프로모션 패키지에 포함된 전신 스파(60분)는 남편이 매우 만족했고 가격이 조금 더 저렴하면 매일 받고 싶다고 함(다음엔 나도 강하게 해달라고 해야지…). 4) 늦은 체크아웃 프로모션 패키지: 가격이 저렴하진 않지만 룸에서 편히 쉬다가 밤 10시에 바로 공항으로 가고싶다면 이 패키지가 유용. 두 가지 종류가 있으며 나는 점심 또는 저녁식사와 전신 마사지 포함된 옵션 선택. 5) 직원 친절: 대부분 매우 친절하여 지나칠 때마다 반갑게 인사함. 단, 프론트에 예민한 여직원 한 분은 조금 무서움.

Beautiful quiet oasis that provided a great escape from the bustling city of Danang. Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Rooms are expansive and a wonderful environment.

Exceptionally kind and helpful staff. Nice, clean, quiet and safe location. Several local clean restaurants around the corner.

Lovely staff and lovely hotel. 15 minute taxi out of Old Town, and Grabs are easy to get. Shower over bath was difficult to use but we made do. Hotel is very eco friendly. The snacks they provide are a nice touch. Lots of activities provided by the hotel. Breakfast was okay - eggs made to order and coffee were great. Rooms immaculately clean. Would be a lovely place to enjoy the pool, but we came in the wrong season.

Such a lovely resort. Vu the man at reception who helped us with our bags, made our stay very personal by memorising our names. The only downside of our stay was when a company held a gala at the hotel and all the attendees were very loud, obnoxious and rude. The loud music was blaring across the pool and then all the attendees flooded into the pool area and it became very busy. We saw attendees spitting and blowing their nose in the pool, which was quite unappealing. The hotel staff just watched on and did not calm the noise or behaviour. This was unfortunate as we planned to have a pool day which was unexpectedly ruined. In the future I think the hotel would benefit from informing their guests when such corporate events will be happening and they tend to take over the hotel and make facilities unusable for other guests. Apart from that we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend.
