房间干净、通风，而且总是有香味。我是一个挑剔的人，但我喜欢每天早晚各清洁一次，从内到外。工作人员友好且热情地为客户提供支持。最出色的是Thanh Long，他英俊潇洒，身手敏捷。远远望去，我便看到一抹微笑。衣服洗好了，香气扑鼻，叠得整整齐齐。出门很方便，有Ben Thanh市场。一切都已准备就绪。周围的食物很美味。如果要我打分的话，我会给 10 分。没有但是 😁😁😁

该酒店于 10 月 2 日开设了另一家分店。我怀着激动的心情走进酒店，欣赏西贡市中心新的建筑之美。从香港员工到 FO 团队，酒店服务都非常出色。特别感谢接待员，尤其是哈女士，升级了我们的房间并在我们入住期间给我们惊喜。我回到西贡后会去参观这家酒店💓

第一晚住宿有明顯聽到樓上廚房傳出的噪音直到晚上10點多，隔天只是在聊天過程中稍微提及這個問題，飯店人員馬上與主管告知，之後就提出可以換房間的處理方式，相當貼心！每天也都會噓寒問暖，因天氣炎熱有中暑的症狀，飯店人員也提供飲料及食品幫忙緩解症狀。飯店位置相當的方便，離檳城市場及換錢所超級近，走到高島屋也相當方便。房間內也都有按摩浴缸，雖然位置大馬路圓環邊但完全不會聽到外面車水馬龍的聲音，非常推薦的一間飯店。

Very nice staff, good service, they also upgrade me for a bigger room which really appreciate. One thing is the sound protection is not really good or maybe becus i am living just next to the lift so i can always hear the loud noise from other Traveller but other that this minor one, all are perfect! Perfect location as well

The location is excellent, near to all tourist attractions, the staffs are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is Delicious and has a variety of food selection. The design of the hotel is quite unique, which is a theme of cave.

I checked into a windowless room on the second floor. It felt a bit claustrophobic, but the hotel was clean and comfortable. The toilet was equipped with a washlet. However, the G floor was quite noisy at night.

若い人向きのホテルのようで、年配客は少し浮くし出入りの時に気恥ずかしかった。
また、ホテルの裏の道路に夜中まで大音量で呼び込みの音声を流してる屋台があり、寝る時の音が気になる人には不向きかも。
それ以外は、接客も清掃もとても良かった。
