Silverland Jolie Hotel

Initially I was a bit hesitant on arrival as hotel was a bit older than I expected. However, I must say that my husband I had an absolutely lovely visit. The staff and service could not be better. They went out of their way to accommodate every single request we had. The rooftop bar is a Vietnamese vibe, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. We paid for an upgraded room, which in retrospect I probably would have stuck with the smaller room. We had a lot of space but the hotel itself is not luxurious. It is an older building and its wear shows. The room was comfortable and very clean. I think a smaller room would have been an excellent value. We walked 3 min to Brelax which was an adorable place to get a massage. There were great cafes within walking distance. The hotel arranged transport, laundry, and dinner reservations when requested. Highly recommend this hotel as a good value, comfortable stay, and convenient location. Anticipate long transport times to the airport in the am. Took us well over an hour.

Great service and clean rooms although they are looking quite tired and a bit worn.

Very welcoming and pleasant staff. Went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our room was serviced twice a day, towels changed twice a day, and two bottles of water supplied twice a day. Laundry service was excellent. Breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent. The rooftop bar with spa and very pleasant staff made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The hotel's position is central.

I am extremely satisfied with this hotel in every single way. I loved the front desk staff, the housekeeping cleanliness, breakfast, etc. THANK YOU for this wonderful stay!! Ben

Clean bright room with a good city view , Daniel in the rooftop bar was fantastic , great with people and music.

The Staff were amazing , they bent over backwards trying to accommodate us. The room was clean and the rooftop pool and bar was cute. Lovely views of the Saigon river.

This hotel is ideal for a visit to Ho Chi Minh City. Excellent service all around, very clean, front desk people are exceptionally helpful. Great location-central but off of the main streets. Great breakfast (included) and 2 pm tea (basically a light lunch. also included). Jolie is reasonably priced, the rooftop pool and bar are a nice extra feature. Super experience at this hotel!

This was an absolutely charming hotel. It was decorated like a library after my own heart. The staff was extremely warm, welcoming, and respectful. The room was very comfortable and just the right size. The cute rooftop bar had an awesome view. Breakfast was great, and they serve a free tea in the afternoon that we weren't there for, but I'm sure was great. The location is central and convenient, Thanks for a wonderful stay.

A fantastic 4 night stay in this fabulously central location. The staff were all, without exception, helpful, attentive and friendly. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious and they even gave us a freshly packed early departure breakfast at 6.25am.

Absolutely lovely staff, had a very pleasant stay. Our room was spotless after housekeeping each day, our bedding and bathroom was very clean. Would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a great place to rest after a busy day in the city!

Incredible service and attention to customer needs well above my expectations

Great location in District 1. Nice rooftop bar and excellent breakfast. Staff are very helpful, the level of service is very high. Afternoon tea is nice, also flexibility for late checkout and luggage storage. Would definitely recommend - in fact the Silverland chain seems to offer quite a few nice hotels in HCMC

Despite the superb service and lovely shared spaces, we had an issue with our Suite. The photos shown on the Expedia site show a beautiful space with a living room area, however, when we arrived we were shown to a room on a lower level that looked nothing like the five photos of the Suite we booked and did not have a living room area at all. Instead we had a hot tub that was not filled and a sauna which we had no interest in using. It was a bait and switch situation and very disappointing. We were moved to a different room on with a nice view for the second night, but the elusive suite in the pictures was not to be found.

The staff was extreamly attentive and accommodating. Also, you can tell the staff takes pride in the hotel. Very clean and beautifully cared for. My view was awesome!!

The service is fantastic. Very friendly staff and very attentive. This is a 3 star not 4 star. The carpets need to be changed and definitely needs some upgrading. Book the river view. Rooms like 803 703 603 - BEST VIEW IN THE CITY. I loved the kindest of this Hotel Staff just not as nice as the pictures

Great service and great breakfast. good location at district 1 of the city, walking distance from the opera house, post office and the walking street.

Convenient location, spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, large breakfast variety and, most importantly, wonderful staff in all areas. I will definitely stay here again.

The staffs working the front desk were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were very comfortable and loved the convenient location close to major attractions, e.g: 35mins walk to Tan Dinh Church.

Shower/tub was leaking. They quickly came by to “fix it.” There was still some leaking but not as much. We didn't want to bother them again since we were only going to be there for another two nights.
