非常棒的住宿體驗！

員工都很和善，房間不大，但很夠用，對開的行李箱很可以，街道聲會有一點點但不影響，枕頭偏軟，可疊2個睡，瓶裝水可以再補無需費用，迎賓飲料超好喝

The hotel is without a doubt one of the best I’ve stayed in when it comes to service. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We had birthdays during our stay and the staff made sure to leave us with cake and birthday cards in our room on the right days. When I let them know about an issue with the room they went in with a maintenance person immediately to address the problem. The hotel is also very conveniently located and within walkable distance from major attractions. The only thing is I wish there was more variety in the breakfast options each day, as it was mostly the same everyday. Also, there was a leakage problem in the bathtub area that they attempted to fix but ultimately were unable to so we were just given extra towels to soak up the water, which was unfortunate. Otherwise this truly was a great stay and I don’t remember the last time I slept so well in recent months.

Staffs are very nice and helpful. Hotel restaurants are highly recommend. Hotel room is very nice. Everything was perfect except the mattress and pillows, mattress was too old which not supported in the middle, they supply only one kind of pillows which too high for me.

很美的酒店，所在区域也好，距离奥巴马去过的那个河粉店很近，我们住的是旧翼，订房的时候忽略了这一点，我们有个朋友体质有点敏感，可能旧翼的旧家具气味导致了她一进房间就咳嗽不停，如果是敏感体质还是建议定新翼的房间，在酒店期间预约了参观酒店历史的一个活动，老实说，整个参观过程安排的有点无聊，时间也有点长了，总体中规中矩无惊喜！

Excellent location

I stayed 2 nites, the Great hotel, wonderful service, and a very good location. The staff was absolutely lovely! The beds were comfy.

1 在訂房時就知道了有一間房是三人，也說會特別安排好加床，然後一進房間沒加床，沒增加盥洗用品，還要打電話去前台提醒 2 搭計程車，黃色衣服的工作人員跟計程車司機用越南語嘻笑，然後跟我說司機沒有零錢找我，我不在意那7000band 是飯店人員的態度？就因為我們聽不懂所以故意嗎？我都已經說算了那不用了，才趕快拿出零錢？因為我生氣了所以瞬間有零錢了？ 3 一個飯店的下午茶那麽貴，一進去沒有人帶位沒有人招呼，自己跑去問穿紅衣服的一位女性，也沒有立刻安排位子，只說有桌子都可以坐，然後乾等menu！有問題找服務生她只會我等一下（因為在招呼別人入座）所以我們一家人五個人吃不起？ 問套餐有什麼不同，用價格回我不同？我當然知道價格不同啊！會不會太好笑？ 4 請飯店叫合作的對街計程車，到了目的地就是不找零錢！請問你們飯店有事嗎？還說叫你們的車不會被坑？被坑了三次了！包含去機場也是你們叫的車 也是故意不找錢！ 5 問了你們有關於最新觀光巴士的資訊，回我沒有這方面資訊因為很新？請問你們飯店業者不需要跟進資訊嗎？就有一個站牌在飯店旁！回答我的乘車時間也是錯誤的！說都快結束搭車時間了你確定要去嗎！對！我就是靠自己順利搭上車了！多謝你們喔！ 6入住時說有提供電動車租借之類的訊息，結果什麼都沒有逼我們叫飯店計程車，然後我說要叫飯店的接駁車去機場，回答我沒有機場接送車，只提供200美金的bmw服務！是認真的嗎？ 7拿寄放行李時小姐要我跟他去行李房裡！然後我自己也要負責拉行李出來，我還要幫忙開門 然後幫忙拉住快倒的行李 可笑的百年飯店 ！絕對不會再入住！

We had stayed 2 nights at the Opera Wing. It is an excellent hotel with unbeatable interior design and historic background, quiet room with nearly no air conditioner noise, comfortable bed and pillow, very friendly staff, and the breakfast is great, must try!

One of our best hotel experiences with the decor, design, utmost attentive and friendly services delivered by every single hotel staff professionally and effortlessly. Rooms were very comfortable with everything you need. We especially loved the lavender bath salt!

Stayed three nights at the opera wing premium room, fantastic service at the executive club. Will definitely stay here again next time in Hanoi!

Charming hotel, great location, lovely pool area, private and refined.

What a lovely hotel. Very well set out and clean. The staff have all been amazing; welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Whatever you need they will accommodate. The rooms are light filled and spacious. Had such a great nights sleep, with wonderful blockout blinds. The bathrooms are well laid out with plenty of storage. Tracy (the front office manager) went above and beyond. We were very impressed. You can see why the hotel runs so well. Front of house staff Yen was so lovely and helpful. This is a fantastic hotel, we will be back to stay again.
