breakfast is same every day

Hoi An Babylon Luxury Hotel & Spa (newly built) and Hoi An Babylon Riverside & Spa (quite old) are sited side by side. We have booked 2 rooms and 2 nights for former hotel. The two hotels share one reception counter. We checked in at night and we were provided a room from the older hotel. We found out the mistake next morning and asked for relocation to the newer hotel that we booked and paid for. Hotel reception agreed to relocate us to babyon Luxury (new one) on 2nd day, but the experience from first night was very bad. Equipments from the old hotel are pretty shabby, very strong wind from air conditioner was blowing right towards the bed. Even hotel staff couldn't adjust the wind power or direction. This made us very difficult to fall asleep on the 1st night. The experience on 2nd night is much better at the newer hotel.

It's not luxury at all. It's really dirty and not the place for staying to relax.

Excellent service

This is a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Hoi An. Excellent breakfast, lovely well-appointed room, and a great pool to swim in.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Babylon, it was a very clean and friendly hotel. Would definitely recommend.

2박으로 2번 방문 호이안 너무 좋아서 두달만에 다시 왔고 올드타운 도보 거리에 괜찮은 호텔이 몇개 없어서 또 다시 묵었는데 이만한 가걱에 호텔, 직원들 서비스 친절함은 그 어디도 없음 진짜 잘해주심 조식도 괜찮음 밖에 간판 디자인이 다소 촌스러워 좋은 호텔 시설에 비해 밖에서는 실망할 수 있지만 내부는 아니라는 사실

Frukosten var inte på topp och sängen väl hård. Annars var allt annat bra och trevlig personal.

Et greit hotell i forhold til pris, men ikke fem stjerner følelse av å bo her. Vi reiste med barn, og da var det litt langt å gå inn til gamlebyen. God service, fint basseng, forholdsvis nytt.

The staff at this property were amazing! They went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and to help when one of us was unwell. Our room was huge! The enormous bed was very comfortable. The laundry service was great and was very cheap. The food was plentiful and delicious. It’s an easy walk to the lantern boats, Japanese Bridge, night market etc but is a fair way from the beach (shuttle bus provided).

Beautiful hotel with a lovely staff. All very, very nice.
