Nice and polite staff, beautiful view and beach

Amazing stay and every single member of staff I encountered was so polite, friendly and helpful! Really sad to leave this place but I will be back.

we already miss our stay here so much! We planned to stay here for 7 days and even extended it for 9. We had the deluxe room that was spacious, beautiful decor and had everything you needed. Have the breakfast included because it was so worth it. The best part was the staff, they were all so kind and helpful. They gave us tips on where to go and all kinds of information when we asked. It seemed like they were treated nicely and that is the kind of hotel we like to visit again.

Amazing hotel in a great beachside location. Booked the Soul Superior and it was perfect for a few nights stay. The hotel is beautiful, with so many facilities and services on offer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Super clean, well designed and so close to the beach front with walking distance to their Sailing Club for pool use and restaurant/bar. Would definitely stay again and recommend if looking to be a good distance away from the hustle and bustle, and have some quiet relaxing time. Gill

Vi fandt denne Perle efter en nat på øen som ikke var god. Det er klart et besøg værd. Maden var udsøgt og værelset så fint og ryddeligt. Meget moderne og super flot indrettet. Her skal vi bo hvis vi besøger Phu Quoc igen.

One of those few hotels where the hotel is actually nicer in reality than in the pictures. Staff knows English well, breakfast is 10/10. Can borrow bikes for free for a few hours. Service from the staff has been amazing, kind nice people. Quite a quiet place on the island if that is what you are looking for then great. If you want an area where more is happening than this area isnt for you. Or you just take a taxi 10min north or South and you will get to more crowded areas and markets.

Really great place regardless if you travel as couple, friends or family. The hotel looks brand new and had a lot of nice features even in the standard rooms. Very nice that the beach club/pool/restaurant was located 2 mins walk from the actual hotel, so the hotel is very quiet at night. Restaurants were very good, breakfast being served a la carte is a great plus. Only negative things to highlight is the service at the breakfast restaurant being rather slow, and very few sun loungers at the beach and the pool. They had a lot of foldable beach chairs which were far less comfortable. I'd happily stay there again.

Hotel itself is beautiful! The service in the restaurant was really slow tho - we waited almost an hour to get a coffee. There are also far too few sun loungers - the staff do nothing about removing towels from sun loungers that have been ‘reserved’ by guests but remain unoccupied for hours.

The hotel was clean and peaceful. Swimming and dining areas in the Sailing Club was amazing. Breakfast 5/5.

Et meget nyt hotel i et lidt underlige område. De er ikke gode til engelsk, så det er vildt svært at kommunikere med medarbejderne. Det fremgår ikke tydeligt nok, at det er en beachclub, som ligger længere væk man skal gå til i forhold til poolområdet. Alt for få liggestole ved Beach clubben. Skøn strand. Flot solnedgang.

Had a wonderful time at Soul. A really new hotel with modern rooms, comfortable beds and a nice location which was very quiet. Wasn’t sure if breakfast was included when I booked however it was and turned out to be one of the nicest. Massive amount of choice and great quality overlooking the ocean. Having access to the Sailing club was great. More expensive than eating locally as you would expect, but every meal was delicious. The Night Market here and others nearby offer a cheaper option. Soul hiring out bikes makes getting around easy too. Lots of entertainment on offer and the fire dance was full of energy.

The facilities of the hotel and the room was awesome. Clean and modern. Staff was always willed to give you the best experience during your stay and they try to make you as much happy as possible. Warning! The restaurant and and also the beach are not part of the hotel like you might think when you look at the pictures at Expedia. The restaurant with the pool is 5 min walk and the beach (which is beautiful with the best sundown) another 2 more minutes walk. Everything is surrounded by ghost town of brand new real estate. It’s surreal! But very relaxing and the beach is really something. Enjoy

Hotellet levde verkligen upp till förväntningarna och mer därtill! Personalen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma, vi hade problem med vår AC på rummet och fick därför uppgradering till nytt med terrass och havsutsikt. Hotellet i sig var rent och fint, rummen innehöll allt man behövde. Frukosten på Sailing club var fantastisk och vi kommer gärna tillbaka :)

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Soul Boutique Hotel in Phu Quoc! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. This is a new hotel and facilities are incredibly high-end, and the rooms are both luxurious and supremely comfortable. Soul group has a bar and a larger hotel close by. The bar is where you can enjoy great cocktails and delicious food. We had breakfast and dinner at the bar and didn’t disappoint. Right in front of the bar, there is an almost private beach with sun beds, a space to play volleyball all surrounded by palms, trees and breathtaking golden sandy beach. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring every moment was perfect. At the hotel, sailing club (15 min walk away), we enjoyed also a fantastic breakfast and seafood buffet lead by a the great Chef Liroy from South Africa. Liroy went above and beyond to make us feel special, even surprising us with refreshing sorbet ice cream at the end of the meal – such a thoughtful gesture that we’ll always remember. Soul Boutique Hotel is truly a gem, and we had the most amazing time there. I can’t recommend it enough! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had an amazing stay at soul! This is a brand new property hence why it has few reviews. Upon arrival we received free chocolate bars and ice cream for their grand opening!! The hotel is super cute and trendy! Rooms are spacious with cute balconies, water fall showers and great shampoo and conditioner. My room came with free breakfast which is at the sailing club. The sailing club is a short walk away, this is also where the beach and pool is. The food and atmosphere at the sailing club was amazing. The beach is very nice here, you can walk out very far and still see your toes. The water was like glass and very warm! perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Airport was very close as well. Costs 10$ CAD to take a taxi!
