My partner and I stayed at the hotel in March 2025. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was spacious and well kept. We were on the 8th floor and had a great view on train street. Good breakfast with coffee, fresh fruit, pastries, warm meals and possibility to order eggs or other options. The location is great, well linked to all the main points of interest. Recommended!

Hôtel très bien situé pour l’accès à la fameuse train street qui est à deux minutes à pied; le personnel est très gentil et s’occupe de tous nos besoins et en plus il s’occupe de faire les réservations pour nos sorties. La journée commence bien avec un petit déjeuner consistant

Very close to train street. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. Breakfast is a small scale buffet with the choice of a main dish. It was a good start to the day. Some areas of the hotel need updating, but for the price it represents good value. We enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at this property for 4 nights on 3 different occasions in Feb. 2025. I used Hanoi as my hub and travelled to other destinations from Hanoi. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Facilities are good. Property is clean. Bed was very comfortable! I would stay here again.

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold. Hotellet ligger perfekt i centrum, så man er i gåafstand til næsten alle af de store seværdigheder. Vi var to unge piger afsted, men vi følte os utroligt trygge under både opholdet og i gadelivet. Værelset var også i super stand og renligheden var i top. Rigtig godt til prisen. Værten var meget opmærksom på om vi havde alt vi havde brug for, og havde svar på alle vores spørgsmål. Samtidigt med at hun var rigtig god til at få os til at føle os velkommen. Hun arrangerede også privat transport til os til Ninh Binh (billigere end taxa/grab), da hun hørte det var vores næste destination. Dog er der også mulighed for at hotellet kan arrangerer turer til de andre byer, og mener jeg også de kan i Ha Noi, hvis man vil det. Alt i alt det perfekte hotel i en ellers meget travl by. 1000 stjerner herfra🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Hotel staff especially Thao was super friendly and nice. If I may suggest to improve ventilation in my room 702. Food was ok. Very thoughtful, I had Christmas and New Years gifts from the hotel management.

Super close to all the good stuff in Hanoi—local shopping, great food, and even some bars, including a speakeasy just a 1-2 minute walk away. The staff was really friendly and helped us out with things we weren’t familiar with, like tours, airport transport, and food recommendations. The room was super spacious and perfect for the five of us. I was also glad they had an elevator, which made dealing with our big luggage so much easier. The room was clean, and the air conditioning was strong, so we stayed comfortable despite the heat.

The staff in the hotel were very friendly and great. Although, the property is slightly old and the rooms can be noise, it's in an excellent location. An easy walk to all main attractions in Hanoi. Great location and good value for money.

The location is great…walkable. The staff (front desk, dining, and housekeeping are friendly and helpful. The front desk helped us set up tours, transportation, and laundry. We enjoyed our stay and will book this hotel when we come back here again.

We loved the people at the front desk. So kind and helpful. So kind to our kids. The breakfast in the morning was good and it was nice to be able to eat before starting our day. Great location.

It was a good budget hotel for a 4 night stay. All of the staff in reception were excellent. The breakfast was good too
