The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. I went straight to the hotel after my arrival in Hanoi. It was 11:30 am, so I was just trying to store my luggage until it was time to check-in which is at 2, but they were able to let us check-in at 11:30 am which was amazing. The room was also clean.

I would give more than five stars if it allowable. I forgot all my passport and documents in the safe and walked out of hotel after checked out. Hotel associates contacted me to my cellphone then inform me that my passport and other document were found and are ready pickup at front desk, I am really appreciated their excellent customer services.

In principle, Rooms / Restaurants Cleanliness, Quality of Service
is nice. However, the facilities a little old. In the previous midnight before leaving, there is a lot of water on the ground in the bathroom and no idea where it came from. Also, there is no found a bath mat in the toilet.

buona permanenza, personale molto gentile e servizievole. Unica cosa da ridire, la camera non aveva una poltrona o divano, lo spazio per quelli era lasciato vuoto. In ogni caso, se guardiamo il prezzo, veramente conveniente, non si puo' proprio chiedere di piu', vista l'esperienza molto buona del soggiorno

Staff pleasant. Rooms comfortable and good size. Did not eat any food or drink at the hotel. Male member of staff at check in not as warm and welcoming as expected. Sauna: water in wooden bowl very dirty. I had to clean very well wooden bowl and spoon before using, they need replacing. Remember to ask housekeeping to clean the fitness area including sauna and steam room.
I would stay at this hotel again.
