This was our last stop as part of a three week holiday and we found this hotel to be conveniently situated, very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also booked spa treatments and I had the best facial treatment that I have ever had! A great experience!

Spacious room, huge windows and good views from the hotel. A very good hotel for business travelers, they provide Japanese TV channels and a good Japanese restaurant. Good buffet breakfast and super helpful staff. They helped us get mobile sim cards, recommend very good local food stores. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and recommend this hotel to everyone going to Hanoi.

部屋が空いていると、グレードアップしてくれてお得感がある
今回は2日目くらいまで、寝具に生乾き臭があって、少し気になりました
食事について、ベトナムでは新鮮で健康な日本的食材を安定して入手するのが難しいので、貴重なラインナップがあってうれしい
毎日納豆があるのもポイント高いけど、置き方に抵抗があるので、可能ならパックで提供してほしい
今回は一日だけ、大きめの冷ややっこの提供があったけど、ぜひ毎日ほしい

The hotel itself is really nice. We loved the pool and the spa staff and reception staff were really friendly and helpful. We had an unfortunate interaction with the restaurant staff on our last night where they kept ignoring us for the entire time and being quite rude, forgetting half our order and only waiting on other tables. Eventually we got up and left as we got tired of waiting for service and it left us quite upset.
It was a bit of a hassle trying to get them to honor the expedia 20% off discounts with the VIP access but eventually they did at reception, i feel this was more a lack of communication to the other departments within the hotel.
We did have to get up really early for a bus the mornjng we left and they put together breakfast bags for us which was really nice.

Virkelig skuffende oplevelse. Vi havde set frem til et lækkert ophold på dette 4 stjernede hotel. Poolen var åben én dag og derefter lukket pga renovering, hvilket var tiltrængt, men var vi ikke informeret om dette inden. Man måtte gerne benytte spa og sauna, men det var meget slidt og der stak søm op af brædderne i saunaen.
Værelset var meget fugtigt, hvilket man tydeligt kunne mærke på sengetøj og gulvtæppe, samt se på væggene, hvor tapetet bulede ud. Gardinerne lugtede slemt af mug og støv. Desværre kunne jeg også mærke det på min astma.
Vi forsøgte at bestille vin i baren, men bartenderen kunne ikke finde prisen og kunne derfor ikke sælge til os.
Morgenbuffeten var faktisk ok med et pænt udvalg, men absolut ikke grund nok til at vende tilbage.
En rigtig ærgerlig oplevelse.

Good buffet breakfast and super helpful staff. They helped us get mobile sim cards, recommend very good local food stores. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and recommend this hotel to everyone going to Hanoi.
