The location was good. I could not sleep well in the first night there as the room was facing a construction site which started working at around 7am. I talked to the staff and they were helpful and arranged another room for me, though that was a smaller room (not the room tyle I reserved for). All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was really good, had many restaurants nearby. I will stay at the Hem next time when I go to Danang. Frankly speaking, the Hem is a lot better than another boutique hotel I stayed last year, in terms of service, room condition and location.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms were nice and breakfast was good. We were told that there was construction going on the building next to the hotel, that blocked the view from our window and there would be noise disturbances. However to compensate, they gave me and my husband a free 60minutes body massage, which we used. We could hear the noises from the building work, but it started when we woke up and ended before we went to bed so it didn’t bother us too much.

The hotel is new and modern, however, There is construction work being undertaken right next door and across the road, so constant noise. They advertise the most amazing bathtubs, but there’s insufficient water to even cover your feet, so its a waste to pay the extra unless you are happy with a cold bath. The breakfast is sub par, you are better off going to the cafe across the road. They have a microwave and a single burner for cooking, however only supply 1 pot, 1 bowl, one bread plate, one knife, one spoon, one fork and no utensils to cook or prep with. Even if you requeat additional plates for the second person staying they are removed each day which is frustrating

Tam was super nice and helpful, as were the 2 women at breakfast. The room was nice, big and comfortable with kitchen. It was great having bicycle! The balconies were for show rather than use. We were not provided with a lock box, even after asking. The hot water ran out, we reported it, they fixed it and a day or two later it was a problem again. The breakfast was not good. I was really pressured to give a good review before leaving. Not cool. They push too hard and reviews lose all value and become meaningless. Way to go Vietnam. /s

Location is good near My Khe Beach. Perfect apartment fully-equipped amenities in my room.

ミーケビーチから徒歩8分ほどで それまでの道もカフェやパン屋さんがあったりして楽しい一夜になりました。 ホテルもリーズナブルで、 朝食も部屋もすごくよかったです。 スタッフの方もとても親切でした。

5박동안 숙소에서 생활하면서 느낀점 솔직 리뷰입니다. 다낭 공항에서 숙소까지 택시(그랩)타고 15분정도걸림 가깝고 이 정도 가격대비에 진짜 좋다고 느낍니다. 다낭공항 ▶️ 숙소 (택시15분) 숙소 ▶️ 미케비치 (도보 10분) 그리고 아침 또는 저녁에 런닝 좋아하시는 분은 숙소에서도 아무 탈없이 런닝 가능할것 같고요. 숙소들어가자마자 딱 1.5오피스텔 느낌입니다 넷플릭스 되는 숙소더라고요 되게 좋았습니다! 침대청결은 저희는 좋았고요. 예전에 리뷰를 보다가 다른분께서 생수병 위생상태 얘기하셨는데 저희도 마찬가지로 생수병이 청결하지않더라고요. 냉장고에있는거는 유료라서 안먹었고요. 근데 저희는 그냥 밖에 나가서 생수 사먹었요 그게 이득 나머지 샤워실 청결은 별로였던것 같아요 물떼가 있으니깐 주의 물도 잘나오고 샤워하는데 그게 문제되는건 없습니다 다음 수영장 얘기하자면 엄청 큰 수영장은 아니고 대략 개인 풀빌라 수영장 느낌?이라고 생각하면됩니다 다음 조식! 조식 진짜!쌀국수 잘하는 숙소더라고요 조식은 다양하게 엄청 많이는 안나오고 가볍게 나옵니다그래도 이 정도 가격에 조식은 나쁘지 않습니다. 다음 스파마사지 진짜 강추!여기서 마사지 받으세요 진짜 관리사님께서 잘하시고요.완전!시원해요 저는 오리엔탈마사지를 받았는데 아로마싫으신 분들은 오리엔탈 마사지!꼭받으세요 다음 친절 여기 직원분들 모두 친절하시고 너무ㅜ착하신 마음가지신것같아요. 항상 밝게 웃어주시고요 제가 잘 못알아듣고 할때마다 어플로 번역해서 보여주는데 기달려주시면서 천천히얘기해주시고 알아듣기 쉽게 말씀해주세요! 진짜 너무 친철하셔가지고 다시 숙소예약하고싶을정도 특히 저는 기억에 남는 분은 LNA?안경쓰셨고 뉴진스 하니닮은 분께서 기억에 남았습니다. 총평 숙소 청결은 화장실 물떼,생수병 위생상태만 정리부탁 그 외 나머지들은 모두 만족합니다!

The Hem was a beautiful place to stay, room was nice and cozy and clean we loved the look and feel of the space!! Only down side we had was the shower wasn’t sealed properly from the door so if the shower head was at the wrong angle water would flood the bathroom! Also had no hot water whenever we tried to shower both nights we were there! Apart from the shower issues we had a lovely stay!

Everything was great. The staff was very polite and lovely. The accommodation was perfect, spacious and fully equipped.

Very convenient, has a lovely Cafe Kitchen called Voi's across the lanway. Amazing staff, not a large hotel so has very attentive staff and not crazy busy. Lovely pool and each level has laundry facilities to use. Would stay here again.

It was an incredible and amazing stay. Since the Hotel had some free rooms that night, they gave us a free upgrade. The room, the staff, the atmosphere and the location were outstanding. Located in one of the vibrant areas in Da Nang, only 5 minutes away from the beach, I can promise, that we will come back again. Thanks a lot.

층마다 구비되있어서 좋았습니다. 저는 세제를 준비해가서 잘 사용했습니다. 저는 5층 스튜디오발코니룸에 머물렀는데 소음도 없고 아주 좋았구요 6층 수영장은 아담하지만 딸이 좋아해서 3일내내 이용했습니다. 리셉션과 식당 호텔 어느곳에서 직원들 마주쳐도 항상 웃는얼굴로 인사해주셔서 그런지 다낭과 호이안 4곳 숙소중 딸은 이곳이 제일 좋았다고 하네요. 리셉션 thi 정말 친절하고 고마웠어요. …

３日間、お世話になりました。深夜のチェックインに始まり、換金のお願いやランドリーサービスなど、丁寧にご対応いただきました。こじんまりとしたホテルですが、清潔感があり、朝食もスタッフの皆様が目配せ下さり、快適に過ごせました。 華美ではありませんが、アットホームで落ち着くホテルです。 旅の最終日、どうしても海沿いのホテルに宿泊したくなり、1日早くチェックアウトしましたが、イヤな顔一つせずにご対応下さりました。また訪れたいホテルです。 THIさんにお写真も撮っていただき、一人旅でしたが、いい思い出になりました。

The property was beautiful and new. I was amazed by their design. The staff were all so helpful and kind. The location is near My Khe Beach and away from 20-30 meters from main street. No noisy. Facilities is tables, wifi, smart TV, kitchen. I felt like my home.
